I'm a young Parisian who loves his city. I'm renting this flat in order to meet people and practice my english. I would be very pleased to welcome you.

This is the first time we have used Airbnb and it is also the first time we have stayed other than hotels. I must say that it was a far better experience than hotels. I would like to review the property step by step.
Albert was the perfect host for our perfect trip to Paris. Before leaving for Paris we had contacted him informing our arrival and he was very responsive and gave us clear instructions. He met us at a cafe very close to the apartment and took us to the apartment. We were an hour late than our appointed time but he was very accommodating. He even carried our bag till the apartment and I can't thank him enough for the gesture. He showed us the apartment and gave us clear instructions on how to use the appliances and he even recommended some authentic french restaurants for our trip.
Overall host rating: 5/5.
The apartment is quiet small (by Indian standards) but very functional. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, a bathroom with overhead rain shower, a small kitchen with all the dishes, glasses, pans etc. The decor was elegant. It was perfect for a couple. However it is difficult to accommodate more than 2 people in the apartment.
Overall Apartement rating: 4.5/5
It was a perfect neighborhood in my opinion. Very close to the metro, velib station, grocery store, boulangerie, some of the best restaurants in Paris, Pharmacy etc. I must mention that the apartment was very quiet and tranquil.
Overall Neighborhood rating: 5/5.
Overall Experience: I would definitely come back to Albert's apartment whenever I return to Paris (Which I will very soon). I especially loved the neighborhood. My best stay in Paris. Thank you Albert and Airbnb for such a wonderful experience.
100% recomendable!
We really enjoyed our stay in Paris and Albert and his apartment definitely played a part in that! Albert met us at the metro station and walked us to the apartment. Along the way he pointed out streets and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. It was great to see his passion for his city. He helped us get our stuff to the apartment and proceeded to give us more tips and showed us how things worked in the apartment. He was so welcoming! The apartment itself was perfect for our visit. Great use of space and quiet at night. We would definitely stay there again if we get a chance to visit paris again.
We're so glad we chose Albert's apartment for our first trip to Paris! We stayed 5 nights and it had everything we needed. The washing machine was so handy! He met us where we planned and responded quickly anytime we needed anything. We were able to walk many places from the apartment, and the metro stop a few minutes away was very convenient when we needed to go farther. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
Albert was a great host, met us off the train even though we were late and he was in the middle of his lunch! (Sorry..... :-)
Showed us all the 'need to know' things about the apartment and lots of info and tips to help us with making the most out a few days sightseeing in Paris.
Recommended 100%, great host, fantastic apartment and location.
Cheers from NZ
This was the most perfect location to stay in Paris! Walking distance to a lot of main attractions, and also nearby great local and more affordable restaurants, bakeries, markets, and shops. The metro is only a 5 minute walk and can get you anywhere in the city, including CDG airport. The space, while small, is very efficient, and offered us a place to cook-in a few times. The bed was one of the most comfortable we stayed in on our long journey (we stayed in 6 places in 3 weeks!), and it was convenient to have on-site laundry. Definitely a great value. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place or book again, next time we visit Paris!
This 4th floor, studio apartment in an elevator-equipped building, was exactly as pictured- clean and sleekly designed for such a small space. It was light-filled and had a comfortable and easy to use queen Murphy bed. It is located off the street and so is quiet and it is in an interesting section of this quarter, very close to both bus and metro connections with several Velib stops close by for cycling. The kitchen was reasonably equipped and a bonus was being able to do a laundry in house. The bathroom with both hand held and rain shower features had a towel warmer, a nice touch for the cool Paris mornings we had. This is excellent value for the facilities and location. Our host, Albert, met us at a cafe near by and showed us around and dealt with a couple of small concerns promptly and efficiently. We had a wonderful stay here. We had a lovely stay in Albert's flat, very friendly and helpful host.
The flat was just perfect, very clean, luminous, very nice deco, perfect location in the centre of Paris, near by the metro. I really recommand that place :) Thanks Albert.
Merci encore Albert!
The apartment was small but perfect. The location got us away from typical touristy spots and helped us explore some beautiful parts of the city. We fell in love with a nearby cafe, and really loved Albert's apartment. The bed was comfy and Albert was very helpful in orienting us when he met us with the keys.
Our only complaint (it's just a small one) is that some necessary items were in short supply or missing completely at the apartment. There was no toilet paper, and the hand soap was almost empty. We messaged Albert about this and didn't receive any response during our stay. If you're staying here (and you should!), make sure you ask Albert to double-check inventory levels before handing you the keys.
This was our first airbnb experience, so we were keen to book somewhere with lots of nice reviews in a good place, at a reasonable price. This was the one for us and we had a superb visit. Albert is really helpful and met us exactly when we wanted. We did have some difficulty getting in touch beforehand, but my advice would be to trust Albert as he's very reliable! He'll be where and when you agreed to meet!
The neighbourhood is great - if you don't know Paris, don't stress too much, all you need to know is that this is a good spot and everything is walk-able, we spent a long time strolling the streets of Paris. The metro is very close if you prefer, and there are many shops and eateries nearby. This isn't a super touristy area, but you can be in the heart of all that in ten minutes (by foot).
The studio is just as the photos suggest, although I think it was maybe a tiny bit smaller than I had imagined? Everything was perfectly formed and we'd definitely stay here if we went back to Paris again.
