Yes, unfortunately these folks were difficult to communicate with as their phone was not able to hold calls. I had asked them to get off at Princeton Junction and take a cab over, and if I was not working, I could pick them up. Due to their inability to understand by phone, they ended up at the Princeton Station where there were no cabs. I was quite far away at that point but still attempted to pick them up, but their phone kept cutting out. I still attempted to do so, as the weather was cold and rainy, but somehow they had found a cab.
In addition, I had told them that I work at home and my office was next to the kitchen, but they would get up late in the morning and spend 60-90 minutes getting ready include a lengthy and extensive breakfast, and at one point I politely said that I would finish cleaning up so I could get back to work without the loud distraction they were providing. Nevertheless, they were able to finally get on their way for the day and I was able to get back to work.
