Emails were responded timely via Airbnb, however as I shared with you they somehow were not showing up when I would log into Airbnb again. This has never happened before. We apologize for that having happened with the Airbnb msg I sent that gave instructions on how to get in. We asked what you would like for breakfast beforehand and you mentioned "Fruit, yogurt, toast, muffins or pastries work. Eggs work if you have them." We provided fruit, yogurt, toast, and eggs (I went out to buy organic ones) and they were in the fridge for you to help yourself to as per the instructions on your bed. Unfortunately we don't drink coffee and don't have a coffeemaker, so we provided what we could with Starbucks instant coffee. If there was another kind of coffee you preferred, please let us know and we'd be happy to provide. I apologize I was not able to be available upon your arrival to give you a personal welcome, because I was in the middle of a long important business call that couldn't be interrupted. I had left a message on two separate phone #s you had left after you had arrived letting you know if you needed anything to let me know. My husband was out of the country & called you also to check in. The internet is typically very reliable and we apologize for you having trouble getting on. I'm glad you liked the house & the pool.
Hi Holly, I spilled water in the room when I accidentally knocked over my water bottle and cleaned it up right away with a towel. I apologize for not letting you know because as far as I could see, there was no damage. Also, I left early the next morning when no one was in the house and I had to leave to teach early. I left the key on the night stand of the room I was staying in, in hopes that you would recognize that I had left. Had I known how important it was to you to inform you of my departure, I would've clearly let you know.
