Second-year pharmacy student at the University of Utah
Muito simpático foi um prazer recebê-lo grande abraço e volta sempre
Adam (Floyd) brought a group of college students from Utah up to Portland for their Alternative Spring Break. (No drinking/drugs). I was excited to host them as they were coming to do volunteer service work with two great non profits here in Portland: The Rebuilding Center & Friends of Forest Park. Adam and I emailed back and forth to determine details, if the house was big enough, etc prior to booking. I appreciate that he wanted to make sure the house was a good fit and likewise, I wanted to be confident in hosting a group of college aged students! The group observed all of the house rules and truly enjoyed themselves. The only disappointment was how they left the house. It was quite messy. A liquid was spilled all over one of the couches and hidden with pillows. Additionally, the basement rug was sopping wet from what appears to be an overflowed sink. They also left muddy remnants from their service days in the basement. I anticipate that this group will learn a bit about the collaborative community that is AirBNB and the important lesson to leave things better than you found them. In leaving, they all did sign a beautiful card for me that was super special.
