I'm an experience creator and curator. I'm insatiably curious about building better relationships and unlocking positive personal and professional well-being in the bonds that define our life. Whether I travel internationally, domestically, or locally, I seek out and appreciate differences that create our beautiful world via the common bonds that define us, namely food, family, friendship as well as passion, purpose, and happiness.
A little about me: I am a passionate cook and focus mainly on peasant dishes that are built simply and can feed many. In this respect, I love to host dinner parties and am tied into Brooklyn supper club and cookoff communities. I am an athlete who has shifted focus from team sports to now running and, when I have the luxury, playing tennis and skiing. I'm an entrepreneur with a business background who is progressively shifting into a creative career building a media company, Capture Your Flag, a career learning resource that helps professionals realize big aspirations and lofty goals in more approachable ways. I am a lifelong learner constantly looking for ways to support friends and family through the chapters and complexities of life.
My style of traveling has always been to stay with friends and families. While there is always a core focus to traveling, be it business or pleasure, I find that true joys not only rest in being somewhere that feels welcoming and personal but also has those little moments - a morning coffee, an evening chat, that bookend the busy day.
I love where I live in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn and would not choose to live anywhere else at this time in my life. Many friends have used AirBnB and / or befriended the founders and I'm thrilled to participate and contribute to the community, meet new people, help create positive memories, and make traveling more fun, affordable, and accommodating.
