Janis was our guest in florence.
Before her arrival, as always we had our cleaning lady come over and everything in the house was in place.
Unfortunately i think she didnt understand the concept of airbnb, and it is possible to see that her comment does not correlate the other reviews.
Before her arrival she sent me an exceeding number of emails asking for bizarre things like: organizing trips or being her driver.
And even before the arrival i was always happy to help her in every subject.
When she arrived, while we were showing her the appartment she complained about:
1. The type of coffee that i had in the house and complained that it was american and not espresso.
2. A friend of her went through my personal belongings in the closet, even though they received enough space for their stuff.
3.i provided them 4 sets of towels and 3 sets of sheets for 3 person but they still complained that it was not enough.
4. All the problems that occured during their stay were fixed in a few hours.
I hope that janis will understand that airbnb isn't an hotel and we are not her room service, and i hope as well that other hosts will not suffer from those type of guests.
