Almost born in a photographic dark room. My father was a pro photographer. Learnt from him everything about photo-shooting and darkroom processing at a very young age, assisting him almost everywhere... part-time photographer for many years.. lastingly a shutterbug. Don't remember myself to be without holding a camera... Still own most of my old fashion cameras (lots of gear, lens sets, handheld photometers, flash equipment, etc). Kilometres of negatives, Terabytes of digital in my archive.. Always amazed by new ideas..
I try doing my compositions straight from the camera, don't like excessive crop. But generally speaking I like to simulate darkroom post-process using Photoshop, keep always reading, searching for new techniques, etc.. Like to do digital works using multiple shots.
I shoot almost everything in my visual field.. I like street, studio setups, landscapes, seascapes, macros.. whatever.. I try to have a human presence or human touch in my frames. But mostly I like to have an idea, a concept..
