My husband and I love to travel. I am originally from Puerto Rico with Spanish and Italian grandparents. My husband is 100% Italian and my son was adopted in Nepal. We currently live in Bologna, Italy and love to travel.
In Bologna I teach fresh pasta making and traditional Italian cooking and yes, i would be happy to teach you an Italian dish. The first thing I do when I arrive in a new town is to visit the local food markets to see what people eat.
Lately we travel to expose our son to other cultures and languages as what they teach at school is limited. Interacting with people and kids his age is definitely more interesting that studying this in a book.
Good internet access is very important for us as well as a well equipped kitchen so we can prepare our breakfast and maybe a meal. We are very neat and won't leave your apartment a mess! :)
