I am an Educator and Radio Show Host. I have a 10 year old son that I co-parent and he is with me part-time. I love to dance, work out, hang out with friends, explore this amazing Bay Area & travel to other countries.
Thanks for the feedback, Kara. I admit that I had less than a 24 hour turn around time to clean the space between guests before you arrived and that hiring a professional cleaner would have helped. I will definitely do that from now on. I did go out and buy you a couple of items that you requested and was more than happy to get you anything else you needed, which is why I said, "let me know if there is anything else you need". It is always my aim to make sure my guests are comfortable, however, I do need communication during the stay to make sure that happens. You vacated my space after finding your own apartment which was awesome, I definitely felt I supported you in that process by being encouraging as a lot of my guests have stayed and then gone on to find their own place. Unfortunately, even though you vacated on the 19th of the month you did not return my key until the 31st and continued to use the facilities (gym and business center.) Although that was not our original agreement I let that slide but did not feel it was ethical to leave and then not return the keys. In all, I think there was a communication issue and I would love that there be more communication with guests if they have needs or want to change agreements so that we can all have a great time using Airbnb. Thanks!
