Hi, I am Uncle Tsoi and would like to meet and share with other people. Hope to meet you in HK. I also is a crazy coke collector. If you can, bring me a bottle of coke from your country. Thanks!

Fantastic apartment. Enough to fit 6 of us, with close access to the Causeway Bay MTR station, the Hong Kong Football Stadium and Times Square.
Uncle was contactable at all times, and helped with suggestions for transport to and from the apartment.
The apartment is spacious enough. 5 minutes walk to the subway. Many local restaurants nearby. 7/11 is in the same building. Also a very large grocery store nearby. We liked everything.
Very convenient location: 7-11 downstairs, grocery store ("wellcome") is a few steps away, lots of eateries around, close to MTR and Tram Stations.
The apartment itself is very spacious and bright, windows are facing a quiet side of the street, 2 bathrooms is a big plus especially if there's 4 or more people staying together, beds were quite comfortable as well.
The only downside was that we were not prepared for the winter cold in HK during Christmas. But Uncle Tsoi is a great host! He quickly solved our issues and immediately got us 3 heaters when we needed it.
We had 6 people staying here, and there was more than enough space. The facilities were nice, and all amenities were supplied (but bring your own towel). It was in a great location (Wan Chai), which allowed us to move around the city quite easily. It is 5-10 minute walk from the nearest MTR station which is great. Uncle T was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful if any issues arose. If you are looking for a great place to crash during your visit to explore Hong Kong then this is the place for you.
Awesome! The location is just perfect! Close to the MTR station and Times Square.
The flat is great with a big living room with kitchen, 3 real bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The terrasse is also very nice.
The apartment was very clean and everything was available (plates, sheets for the beds...).
The communication with Uncle Tsoi was also very easy and convenient.
This is a perfect place to stay if you come to Hong Kong and want to be in the heart of Hong Kong island.
Highly, highly recommend!
The location and size of the unit cannot be beat. Our family of 6 (5 adults and a toddler) were so fortunate to make this our home base while in Hong Kong. There are several MTR entrances within a 2-block radius. The buses to Stanley pick up/drop off right outside the building. An infinite number of shops, restaurants, and street vendors abound. Times Square (and a taxi stand) are a 2 minute jaunt through a side alley. Hysan Place, full of upscale shopping, is on the next block. But one of my favorite things was a literal "hole in the wall" breakfast counter in the alley less than 200 feet from the building, which served up milk coffee and tea, sandwiches, noodles, and other simple but tasty goodies with brisk but friendly service. It became our daily morning ritual.
Our host Uncle T was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout the booking process and our stay. Emails and phone calls/texts were promptly returned, even with a 14-hour time zone difference! The unit was clean and matched the photos & listing precisely. We appreciated the spacious living room area and long couches, which provided enough seating for all 6 of us to rest our tired selves after long days of walking. The strong wi-fi was also greatly enjoyed.
One thing I did find a challenge was that we had to switch on the water heaters 30 minutes before taking a shower. The hot water runs out after only 5 minutes. This is typical of a lot of HK buildings, but may be an issue for vacationers who value hot showers. There was also an issue--not anybody's fault and completely unpredicted--when the city was repairing pipes under the street and all the toilets in the building would not flush for 5 whole days. (Showers worked though, whew!) But, hey, that is the stuff that memories are made of, and an experience you wouldn't get in a hotel!
I'm looking forward to future visits!
Very convenient flat in Wanchai with great access to public transportation and close to eateries and shopping. Despite being in the heart of bustling HK, the unit is on a relatively quiet street so not noisy. Very clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms and kitchens. Spacious by HK standards, we were comfortable with 6 in our group. Furnishings are slightly spartan and minimal amenities. Wifi was very slow and did not work well for us. Very accommodating host.
A very convenient place to stay. Close to the Times shopping centre. Underground is nearby. The apartment is big，clean and tidy. And Uncle T is nice enough although we didn't meet. I will recommend it to my friends.
The apartment is just as pictures display the location great for many reasons.
- Close to public transportation (BTW get octopus card at the airport and take a few minutes to learn the subway and bus system in many situations MUSH faster than car very low cost).
- Great veggie place below (clean health food)
- 1 minute walk to large grocery store
- Subway sandwich across the street
- More restaurants that you could possible eat at:)
- 3 parks within 2-5 minute walks great for morning exercise or just take the kids
- Overall great experience would book again.
Tips: If you have unlocked cell phone there is a Smartone just 4 minute walk where you can get SIM card great to have local number, text, check emails, etc.. Got one for my wife and myself was great to have the ability to communicate by phone if needed.
Host is very responsive via email and if you have Hong Kong number you can always call him. We had 6 people (3 adults and 3 kids) place we VERY comfortable for all of us. The place is clean no funny smells no surprise.. you like it and location is great!
