I love the outdoors and I am a dorky scientist. I think I am pretty fun!

My travel plans changed unexpectedly and I needed a place to crash in northern Utah--Keelin very kindly accepted my last-minute request and I ended up having an excellent time. She was both accommodating and great to talk with (and also had some great food recommendations!). A really positive first-time Airbnb experience!
Keelin was great and very accommodating. She helped me out and was friendly too.
Stay #3 with Keelin. The only changes / notes to previous reviews are 1) Simon the cat passed away and 2) it was the hottest day of the year so far. The house itself has a windown cooler but no central A/C. Still the temperature itself was reasonable.
OK, what's the deal with Airbnb? I don't get to Keelin's review of me until I complete this review (or wait 14 days). So as a frequent guest through Airbnb, and provider of positive (but accurate) reviews, I'm bumping up her overall reviews. Alas, she is helping my own rating too.
So as before, if the house set up works for you, stay here.
Stay #2 with Keelin, and like the first stay, a perfect trip. I was in town to help my daughter move and Keelin was very helpful in letting me store some items in her garage for a couple of hours. Some updates since the last review:
1) As mentioned, Keelin now has a cat. In addition, she is in the process of setting up her summer garden. Therefore, I would be very cautious about bringing a dog.
2) Met Keelin's roommate Rebecca this time along. Rebecca was very helpful in giving restaurant recommendations.
So for the right traveler, this is a perfect place to stay.
I spent only a short time with Keelin as I was visiting my daughter at USU. The stay with Keelin was great and would do it again. As the description says, it is a great couch, but a couch for one. So staying with Keelin is a solo affair. The host provided everything I personally needed for this stay. However, it is not for everyone. Respecting the host, I would not have others over, or come back too late at night after a night out in Logan (is that possible?).
Keelin's roommate was out of town at the time so I had some time to chat with Keelin. Her dorky scientist description of herself is pretty much on target as I got her to speak about her research. She was more than accommodated to me in describing her work. She also suggested a couple of restaurants in town that were off the beaten track. As her profile states, she will also play host to your pet dog although I didn’t bring mine.
Keelin is a great host and staying at her place felt like staying with an old friend. Next time I’m in Logan, I hope to visit her again.
Keelin is a very nice, helpful, funny and easygoing girl. No doubts you will have fun and enjoy your time staying in her home. I definitely recommend it.
Logan canyon= stunning!
I stayed on Keelin's couch for a week while working out of Logan. Keelin was a helpful & kind host with a cute house & fantastic backyard full of vegetables. The neighborhood was close to the university and felt very safe and quiet. I highly recommend staying w/ Keelin to check out the area.
I spend 25 days in this lovely house! The location is perfect close to USU and shopping. I never meet Keelin, but lived together with her Roommate Rebecca. I can highly recommend this place and hope to come back again.
Keelin is an awesome person and great host. She did a great job of making me feel welcome in her home. I stayed at Keelin's house for just under a month and was glad to find such a nice place to stay. She keeps the house very clean, the room its self is cozy, and the bed is comfy. I was also very pleased with the location of her house. It was quick and easy to get anywhere in Logan, and the trip up to bear lake was short. I would stay there again anytime I'm in Logan.
Keelin was a wonderful host! She made both me and my dog feel very welcome and at home, and was always helpful whenever I had any questions about the house or about the town (I was in the process of moving to Grand Junction while I stayed with her). The accomidations were perfect. I had plenty of room and all of the common areas (kitchen, laundry, etc.) were open to me. I plan to get to Yellowstone before too long, and I will definitely look up Keelin in her new home in Logan!
Keelin was a blast, we loved having her. She has a bright and bubbly personality. We had some great conversations after she got back from her long days at UCI. Would definitely welcome her back anytime.
I've known Keelin since late 2011! We live in different states, but she recently came to stay at my condo in San Diego (also on Airbnb). She was a great guest. She was quiet, respectful, and clean when we weren't out and about having fun!
