Hello my name is Anaïs
First of all, the place is so small, you have to ask permission to your leg in order to move the other one. Second of all, the owner -when the studio is not rented - lives there, so you cannot put anything of your things out of the suitcases because there´s no place at all, not drawers, not closet space, nothing. It´s in the 6th., floor no lift, far from everywhere. Kitchen is a joke. The Host - Owner - sent us a nasty mail because "We did not clean the studio when we left and because we moved things around. She was really mad because we couldn´t wait for her the final day, since was getting late for us. She said that we did not understand that people lived there!!! She said that her place was not a hotel room..., so why she rent it!!! what is it then. I don´t recommend that place at all!!
The apartment was in a great location on the canal and Anais was very nice and accommodating. She met me at the train station to give me her keys and was kind to leave me breakfast and coffee. There are a lot of stairs to get to her apartment but the workout and the cute studio (with a bathtub!) are well worth it. Would definitely stay here on another trip to Paris!
studio très agréable, très fonctionnel !! quartier vivant avec un joli marché très vivant le dimanche et très agréable le long du canal de l'ourcq ! hôte très serviable et sympathique , disponible pour donner des conseils pour visiter Paris !
