I am a clinical psychologist and a keen student of yoga. When I travel I enjoy immersing myself in culture and environment. I also enjoy moments of solitude, spending time reading, being in nature and practicing yoga and meditation.
I work in a busy private practice, and my work is both highly rewarding and very challenging. Short breaks are important to me for my own self care, to take time out to recharge and reconnect.
Five things I could not live without are my husband, our cheeky staffy Kai, our beautiful friends & family (counted as 1, 'the beautiful people in my life'), my yoga practice, gardening, music and soy lattes :)
As a guest I am likely to desire my own time and space, however do enjoy the company of others and would be keen to get to know my hosts.
