I tired numerous times to accommodate Youri's requests but he was never happy. When he asked for an early check-in, I accommodated him. When he asked for a parking option that wasn't on the street, I accommodated him. When he asked for faster wireless internet, I tried to accommodate him but the problem was with his computer. He simply wanted a product I could not provide.
I pride myself on offering a clean, quiet, and charming apartment in the heart of Santa Monica but based on this feedback, it seems that Youri was looking for a place that typically costs 3-4 times what my apartment does with a full staff to service him 24 hours a day.
