I have a great room in Miami and I just want to share it. I enjoying hanging out by the beach and reading books. I also enjoy traveling and love the theatre and art.

The apt was Ok for what we needed for, but we never met anybody, we pick up the keys from a store, he never came, the apt was missing some light bulbs, the bed shits were dirty and scrambled into a wardrobe, the same with the towels, so we needed to fix this...the building was as dirty as it can be...the apt was Ok, just ok it was not hotel clean...The only real plus of the apt was the location, it´s noisy, and there where bed shit as curtins to block the sun in te morning....So...no, I don´t recomend it.
It's a good place to stay in Miami Beach, not too far from everything and quiet neighborhood. I stayed for 4 days and most of the time i didn't have problem with internet and shower. There's a big couch next to the bed. There's a little shop nearby where I got all my grocery , quite convenient overall.
Great Stay. This studio is everything it reads to be. The owners communicated well via email, and telephone, and check-in was simple, efficient and most importantly convenient. I had to check-in in the evening, and it wasn't a problem at all. Clean, furnished well, amazing view and a great location make your stay pleasant and relaxed. We had a party of 4 ladies and we utilized the kitchen, the great mirrors, and plugs available.
The building has lots to offer and the best lil tiki bar with food and drinks. The lobby is perfect lounge area to use wi-fi, make calls and just veg out.
Only Negative, I had a bad car valet experience due to and aggressive manager, they left us all rattled.
The is my first airbnb experience and its was great. Thank you to the owners, airbnb, and South Beach for a great vacation.
Great location close to the beach. Parking can be annoying because you have to get up at 8 am to put money on the meter.
The room was clean, decorated nicely and had working appliances, exactly what we needed for our trip. Can't beat the walk to the beach - looks just like the picture. Close to everything. Only negative was the building itself - lobby doesn't match what you get in your room in terms of visual appeal so 1st impression isn't the best.
Thnx a lot 4 an excellent vacation in nice aprtm. Scott was good host.
Nice aprtm's with marvelous ocean view.
Thnx a lot!
The location is absolutely great, You are right by the beach and walking distance to the bars, restaurants on Ocean Drive (about 1-2 miles)
There were a few problems with the room: there was no remote control for the tv (which was not so bad as we were there only to sleep). The other major problem was the thin walls between your room and your neighbors. We were lucky as there was no music playing or loud neighbors but you could hear them in a quite night.
Just make sure to understand that this is not a hotel and there won't be room service, so if you are staying there for more than 4-5 days, you may need to wash your towels (we were given 3 and 1 beach towel) and clean the room yourself.
Great NYC 'launchpad' for the upper west side. Simple accommodations but very centrally located to Columbus Circle. Unfortunately didn't meet the host, only the housekeeper, but it was fine for a short trip.
Danny in incredibly sweet. Talking to him on the phone was an absolute pleasure, and he seemed to have the best of intentions.
However, actions speak louder than words.
Firstly, I had to wait by the door for 15 minutes until someone else came into the building, and I followed them in (seemed kindof creepy).
Secondly, when I got in the room, in REAKED. Smelled like pot smoke combined with week-old body oder. I left the door open for a while and was able to make the smell at least tolerable.
The intolerable thing was the bed. Danny was very adamant that he thought the room had been cleaned, and he seemed genuine. However, the pillow cases (and pillows themselves) smelled like an arm-pit, the covers smelled even worse, and the sheets had crusted brown stuff on them. I didn't even get close enough to smell what that substance was - I just stripped the sheets off the bed and slept on the bare mattress (which was also disgusting, though free of crusted materials).
Aside from the disgusting smell and gross bed, the floor was covered in debris, the bathroom waste basket (the only waste basket there) was full from previous tenants, and there was even a wrapper of something that I'd never seen before on the bathroom sink...
Danny let me check out a couple hours late the next day, which I really appreciated. However, the terrible conditions led to huge difficulty getting to sleep the previous night, which probably helped me fail the audition that I had the next day which is why I came to New York in the first place.
Lesson - if you're renting out a room, at least change the sheets. All else considered, I really liked Danny, and wouldn't be writing this report if I could have just gotten a good night's sleep in some tolerably-clean sheets. This was intolerable and absolutely disgusting.
Nice apartment close to the beach. Recently refurbished so it was new and clean.
Only downside was that there weren't enough towels or toilet paper. I asked the host if they could provide it - no response. But luckily, there was a Walgreen's close by.
