This a spacious, quiet place that is ideal for groups of four given the two beds and two bathrooms. Perfect if you are looking to get away from the noise of the city and modern distractions like wifi and television. The price was on the high end for us given lack of wifi, kitchen appliances/cooking surfaces, but the listing description is honest about its amenities. Our host was not present in Baguio, but we appreciated how they were easily available when we requested a last-minute change. The caretaker Dory is absolutely wonderful - warm and helpful.
Very accomodating house keeper. Quaint house. :)
Misha's cottage was a jewel among the pine trees! It is a nice quiet place that is just a taxi or a jeepney ride to the city proper. It is the place to be when someone wants a relaxing place to stay especially after a hectic day's escapade in Baguio's main streets. We really enjoyed our stay.
Misha was very gracious and accommodating. She was very responsive even with a very short notice to stay at the cottage
The cottage was very clean and cozy; we really liked our stay there. Misha was really easy to communicate with and was very helpful.
This cottage is beautiful and very clean. We felt right at home for the two nights that we stayed there. Picking up and dropping off the keys was a breeze.
I really wanted to stay quiet house.
it was really nice and quiet to me. especially Helper is very kind. when we wanted to help, she always helped us. anyway if I have opportunity, really I want to go back there.
but they don't have wifi and we don't have towels, toilet tissue enough. that's why I had to buy toilet tissue and towels. anyway thank you.
we loved Misha's cottage..one gets a rustic feel because you can smell the Pine scent coming fr the surrounding pine trees. the porch was welcoming and has a sitting area. the design and floor plan was functional. we slept in the loft area w/c has its own bathroom. special mention to Amariles, Misha's aunt whose equally quaint cottage is nearby. really great lady, she welcomed us with a warm smile and she even gave me Geranium clippings when I was awed by her plantings. You don't get this truly rustic feel in the midst of Baguio city anymore as it almost always crowded with houses, buildings and people. we recomment this wonderful cottage and we will surely comeback.
The cottage was nice and quaint in a gated community 10-15minutes away from Baguio City. There were clean beddings that awaited us on arrival, but was mildly disappointed that the promised oven toaster, utensils, glasses, cups and plates were not available. The kitchen lights were not working either, but was quickly repaired. We received a note of apology on our second day for the non-availability of the oven toaster at the same time as the delivery of the cups and glasses.
This is highly recommended for small families who want to be away from the noise and pollution of the city, but are willing to give up on modern day conveniences like tv and wi-fi. Water was available continually during our 2-night stay and it was nice that there was a full bathroom up in the loft as well as on the main floor.
Pine trees around the cabin gave it a cool "Baguio" feel that completed the cottage's ambience.
Cottage was clean, and has a very homey feel. Lots of pine trees in beside the house. Highly recommended for those who want a relaxing place to stay in Baguio, far from noise and air pollution in the city proper
