logement très bien équipé , très agréable, nous étions 4 mais sans soucis pour 6 personnes , régions magnifique et bon emplacement pour visiter le sud ouest de l'Irlande
Calm and quiet, Very peaceful environment and cozy house.
Delighted you enjoyed your stay
Key pickup was simple, Mary runs a B&B nearby (Murphy's Farmhouse), so we met there and got the keys. The house is cosy, comfy, and *spotless*. Mary had some lovely little cupcakes waiting for us in the kitchen, and some milk for tea in the refrigerator, as well as a highchair and playpen/cot for the little one; a nice touch.
I – as a Canadian, unused to such things – needed some instruction on how to operate the coin-fed boiler and electric hookup, but after a quick call to Murphy's Farmhouse, Mary sent a relative of hers over, and he patiently explained everything to me.
The Inch (beach) is a short drive away and is absolutely stunning.
We absolutely loved our (too-short) stay!
It 's a real cosy house , clean with all the comfort you need.
A good place to explore the Ring of Kerry.
Emma was a nice person to have in our home,
We arrived later in the day than we had hoped but Mary welcomed us very warmly and when we got to the house were thrilled to find she had made us a batch of delicious scones and provided fresh milk for the cup of tea we were longing for. Throughout our stay Mary and son Derry were happy to assist with any queries - they're very kind and obliging hosts. We stayed 3 nights and during that time it felt as if the house was truly ours.
The house is spacious, extremely well equipped, and very comfortable. The location is easy to find and was a perfect base for exploring the Dingle Peninsula and the Ring of Kerry. Amazing views across to the MacGillicuddy's Reeks mountains from the living rooms at the front, and a peaceful courtyard and lawn at the back. It suited our needs very well (3 women travelling together) but would also be great for a family group. We'd love to have stayed longer, and would be keen to return in the future.
Thank you for your kind comments Andrea , look forward to meeting you again soon
Spent 3 days in Drumville house with my husband, 2 children and my parents.
The house was very clean, spacious and well decorated. There is a safe back yard where we could park our car or leave the kids to play.
The house location was perfect for our stay, only 20-25 min drive from Tralee and Killorglin.
The host was very welcoming.
I would definitely recommend this house and might even go back there in the future.
I'd also like to mention that beds were very comfy, bathrooms and toilets were clean and the fact that the house is on the road to Dingle didn't disturb us at all.
County Kerry is probably the most beautiful place I have visited so far in Ireland!
We had a great stay at Drumkeel, very comfortable and quiet house, very welcoming and thoughtful hosts. We will definately be back next time we are in Kerry!
Look forward to meeting you again!!!
The house was nice and clean, and it was perfect for a family.
This is such a great place, in a quiet village, with a great pub. Great base for exploring both Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsular. It was perfect for my family and my parents. Good parking, warm and quiet. Don't be swayed by its proximity to the road, you don't hear a thing.
