I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. As you can imagine we do not like seeing any of our guest leave disappointed.
Unfortunelty there are things that break and there's little you can do about it. The hot tub's heating system is the one that it's not working and we have had to order it from the US. Should be with us in a few weeks hopefully. I think there must have been some misunderstanding when this was explained to you in the Cala. Regarding the 50Euros charge, I did mention this in my messages to you, but I will make it clearer moving forward - thanks for your (website hidden) the dryer, the washing machine is a dryer/machine machine, but again, the dryer just stopped working and we will be replacing it soon. Being the summer in the Med we did not think this was such a priority as things dry within hours.
i will look into the issue you ad with the toilet - 1st i've heard of it.
And the cleaning - we have a profesional service coming in after each guest, and before each entry. I would have prefered if you\d mention it to us at the start of your stay and we would have happily sent in the cleaning service again.
