We are a young couple with a 4 years old boy. We have a nice and lovely bed and breakfast in the historic center of Florence, Italy.
The hosts were warm and friendly and were very helpful. The room and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. We found the lack of a private bathroom inconvenient.
İt is good location very close to historical places.

Perfect, it is in the old part of the city and nearby the train station. Arieto is a wanderfull and lively street, since you can find a bazaar just there and some market around.
The owner explained us all the stuff for having a good stay in Florence. They are likeable and so nice, allowing us to stay a bit longer than planned.
Also, since ours was a work trip, they were extremely nice and understanding handling the paperwork we needed to justify our stay (6 stars just for this!).
Good option for a group of friends who want to stay several days in Florence in a cheap way. It is equipped with all the necessary for preparing your own food.
The apartment was clean and well maintained. Comfortable mattresses, pillows, sheets…
The bathroom is also clean and tidy.
Only one thing to take into account: there is just one bathroom, what make you be organized in the morning.
We felt the room was nice, the bed was extremely comfortable. We stayed for one week and our room was cleaned daily. Also, the kitchen was adequate but it would have been nice to have better kitchen tools. We loved the balcony and dinning room. The location is fantastic and we appreciated the tips Veronica provided us about the city and what it had to offer. The family is lovely and kind. You feel welcome and appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.
We stayed 2 nights with Veronica and her lovely family. We were made to feel welcome and they were so helpful with information, city maps and sightseeing. Our room was in character with the old style area and very comfortable with antique furnishings. We had the use of two shared bathrooms near our room. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this B & B to anyone wanting to be in the market/central area of Florence. Thank you for having us Veronica.
This was our favorite Airbnb place to stay on our 5 weeks in Europe. Veronica was amazing, so nice and full of helpful information. She sat down with us when we got there and with a map of Florence showed us where everything was, even the best pizza and gelato (Gusta really was the best pizza we had in Italy). The apartment is in a perfect location, easy to get to all the major attractions and super close to the bus and train station. We had shared access to the kitchen and were able to cook our own dinner and relax on the small veranda. We met Veronica's husband Nycolas and he was very nice too. The only thing that was a tiny bit bad was the noise on the street outside but they provided ear plugs to help with that :) Would definitely stay here again!
The location is near train station about five minutes by walk. Veronica is friendly. But there is a little bit noise in the morning. Beside this it is a good choice in Firenze.
This was a great apartment with an ideal location for us. Near the train station and the market place. Easy walking distance to the duomo and Ponte Vecchio. The hosts were very helpful with information and directions to the museums and even made reservations for us for the Uffizi museum so we would not have to wait in a long line. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
The apartment was all I hoped for after reading other reviews and more. The location was fantastic. Only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and adjacent to the Central Market. There is also a nice grocery store between the apartment and train station for anything not found at the market. It was unseasonably warm during our stay so the air conditioning was nice to have. The first night we slept with windows open and could hear the street vendors break down and set up their stations which was interesting to watch. On following nights, with the windows closed and air conditioning running, we did not notice these sounds, which are to be expected in such a convenient area.
The 3 bedrooms were spacious, nicely furnished, and clean. I brought my parents (for their 50th anniversry) and my sister and nieces joined us from Belgium so each part of the family had their own room. The kitchen with dining table allowed us to cook a few meals and have breakfast every morning before heading out to the sites. The kithen is stocked with basic cooking utensils, plates, utensils, glasses, etc.
Veronica and Nycolas were such gracious and helpful hosts. They provided recommendations for places to eat nearby, best gelato stops, reputable stores for shopping, and recommendations for places to see off of the beaten path.
This apartment definitely contributed to a very pleasant and memorable vacation for all of us. I would recommend this apartment to others and stay here again if I have the chance.
Thank you Veronica and Nycolas!
Nycolas, his wife and son were great guests. The little Luca is very cute, nice and well educated. I highly recommend them to any airbnb host.
I stayed at Veronica's place for 3 weeks in August of 2011. I have nothing but great things to say about my stay there. Veronica is a warm and beautiful person. She made me very welcome and gave wonderful advice about what to do and where to go, both in and around Firenze. The other guests were also very friendly. It was fun to sit out on the terrace in the evening, drink some wine, and share our adventures. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and convenient. A close walk to the train station, a fantastic food market across the street, short walk to everything in the city. When I return, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Veronica and your beautiful (and now slightly larger) family!
