O apartamento é muito confortável e a sua mãe é agradável, nos recebeu muito bem. Tudo estava limpo e conforme as fotografias.
Lorenzo was very nice host. Very helpful and welcoming on our arrival. Everything about apartment was as expected... It does take 10-15 minutes to walk to the city center and main tourist attractions, but it's a walk through nice neighborhoods. Apartment neighborhood is quiet residential area... and very good choice if traveling by car. We had very good time staying here and enjoying Florence and surroundings.
This apartment was in a wonderful location, and close enough to the Florence city center - easily accessible by walking or bus. I was extremely happy with the accommodations, and even though I misplaced the keys - Lorenzo was very understanding and allowed me to not worry on my vacation. Thanks a lot for being an excellent host!
This place was in a really great location. The loft was bigger than I thought it would be. The bathroom was a good size, larger than all the hotels we've stayed at in Italy. Although we didn't use the kitchen it was nice to have the option to use it if we didn't feel like eating out. The loft is about a 15 minute walk from Firenze S.M.N. and about a 20-25 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio Bridge. You can cut through the Central Market on your way there. The bus stop to catch the #13 to take you to Piazzale Michelangelo is about a block away. And there's a really good pizza spot...Pizzeria Spera...around the corner. Overall, good experience. Would stay here again. :)
Lorenzo was a great host... Really flexible, very helpful (especially when we arrived, he was ready with maps and information) and he responded almost immediately to every message! The apartment is really comfortable, with everything we could possibly need for our stay, including to cater for ourselves (the Mercato Centrale is only a 10 min walk away). It was really clean, warm, and in a quieter neighbourhood, which was nice. We would really recommend this place to people visiting Florence.
Positive: good local restaurants surrounding the area. Away from the tourist crowds.
Negative: old inside, not clean, with dust, dirt and very black stains in areas including bathroom, shower.
Beaware of the pick pockets on bus as my wife was a victim. First time ever.
We also did not receive any useful information before we arrived, only a very brief hello on the second day.
Lorenzo was very friendly and nice, he made us feel welcomed. The room is very nice and clean !!! Nothing to complain about, it is highly recommended. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe.
The space is within walking distance from city center. Very clean, plenty spacious for the three of us, nice bathrooms. Lorenzo was very accommodating and helpful with tips for tourists.
Nice room with maps and tips of the city.
Lorenzo's apartment is very nice, good for a family and the neighborhood is very silent. It was easy to get in touch with him.
