Deb was very nice... Location was great...
Very nice dubplex apartment in a very nice, quiet an green neighborhood . Even nicer then shown on the photos. Deb organized everything really well and answered questions very fast.
This is a good place with a excellent emplacement close to the action in South Beach. You don't need the car to go the restaurants or the beach. The only problem is the smell of the river that is very awful. Because of this, we didn't can use the patio.
Deb was a gracious host and was there to help whenever I needed it. The apt is in a great location close to 4 trains making it a super convenient location. I would recommend Deb to anyone, especially those looking to stay long term!
The reservation was canceled 5 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
In general, it was a good experience living in Deb's house.
The room is quite enough to hold one person, also there are kitchen, living room if a home feeling is what you're looking for.
The transportation is not bad, either. With 1 hour anywhere in Manhattan could be reached.
The bagel shop near the house is pretty good, too.
Some flaws are the wi-fi which is not stable sometimes also the room can be really hot sometimes when the sun comes out at noon.
Deb was a great host and her place was clean in a safe neighborhood. i will be definitely staying here when i go back to New York.
Deb was a great host and her place was clean, comfortable and very close to all routes of transportation. This was the perfect place for my short stay and will definitely be staying with her next time I am in New York.
Deb's wonderful place was JUST the thing that we needed as a base of operations for our Miami adventures. Deb was wonderfully communicative and a fantastic host! Our favorite things about the place: the terrace (we spent a lot of time out there, especially since we cooked many delicious meals in the kitchen and loved enjoying them al fresco with a delightful view of Collins Canal), the unique & colorful (but tasteful) atmosphere, and the fact that we were close to everything (we walked everywhere, but there's also a South Beach shuttle for 25 cents if you prefer), yet situated in a residential area away from all the hectic craziness of the busy streets. Not only did Deb's place provide the perfect vacation, I was also there scouting for neighborhoods for a move to Miami and I fell in love with that area. Extra bonus!
I highly recommend Deb's place for your vacation!!
