Troy: People often remark that I have a calm and quiet presence; even-keeled. But I definitely enjoy adventure (like riding on two wheels). I love problem solving, out-of-the-box thinking, pioneering new ideas. My life is very settled and happy, with a loving marriage since 1989—helped by often having romantic little getaways. We have two grown kids, one granddaughter and a fluffy little dog (who does not airbnb with us). I've spent time in Europe and Africa, and a lot of time in Mexico. New Zealand is on our short list. My personal motto is: Nothing to hide; nothing to fear; nothing to regret; nothing to prove. More can be found at (website hidden)_offices/risk/thbio.html
Carla: I've been an at-home professional all of our married life, able to be available with our two kids. I'm still enjoying calligraphy (my favorite thing is creating art works from words that are close to the heart) and coaching in health & wellness. I love this stage in life—with experience behind me to have learned what really matters (loving), energy to enjoy all the blessings, and faith to trust that all things work together for good.
