I didn't meet Robert, as I was away when he stayed. We messaged a bit, and he seemed like a nice guy, however he was disorganized as a guest. There was an issue with the keys, and he mixed up the date he was supposed to leave, resulting in my friend who cleans having to make an extra trip to the apartment. It was his first Airbnb experience, so I think he wasn't as familiar with how things work as other guests.
