I grew up in Denver and made Seattle my new home a couple years ago after finishing college. I now own my own business ((website hidden)) doing therapy for children and separately, providing professional dog walking services. I do my best to explore new places, usually by driving. I sometimes feel most at home on the road. For my personal travel adventures, what I've learned most about traveling is not to follow the crowds to the tourist traps, (The Space Needle is cool, but not worth $20. Try the Columbia Tower observation deck for $5) but to venture out, that's how you really feel what a place is all about... my hope is that this site can facilitate that "venturing out". I try to not step on peoples toes and be kind and respectful at all costs, especially when traveling. Thanks in advance to everyone that will help me through my future adventures. My door is, as well, always open to those who would like to experience Seattle.
