Thank you Carla for such a warm welcome. The local information really helped us get familiar with the area. Great location and absolutely the nejghbourhood to stay in when visiting Rome.
Carla was friendly, charming, knowledgable and helpful, recommending nice local restaurants and less well-known sites, such as the Villa Farnesina. The flat is well-kitted out. Kitchen area quite small but perfectly adequate. If you plan to spend a lot of time in the flat, be warned that it is quite dark with only one or two small windows. The flat is on an attractive little street and very well located for walking to all the historic sites. There are lots of nice, reasonably-priced restaurants a stone's throw away.
Fantastic experience. Carla met us and talked us through the flat & gave us great recommendations for things to do and where to eat in Rome. The area is the perfect place to stay - traditional & attractive streets with fun stuff going on in Piazzas within walking distance. The flat is comfortable, beautifully furnished & very easily linked to the anyway you want to go. We walked up to the Vatican, into the Roman area & over to Testaccio for foodie heaven on different days. We will be back!
the location is great very close to all the action in Trastevere but in the same time in a very quite area. the loft is cozy and full of charm. we were received a lot of great recommendations from Carla. the near by restaurant Mani Pasta is a must. we went to the nearby local market for fresh vegetables and cheese and a tasty breakfasts. amazing location!
Carla is absolutely the most perfect host. She was so welcoming and accommodating. The loft is really nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay at Carla's. Definitely recommend it! Thank you so much Carla. Love you!
Despite our late arrival, we were very well welcomed and the reservation at the restaurant near by saved us of some trouble.
Thanks a lot for the atypical apartment in the quiet side of Trastevere ! We will come back but in the summer ;-)
Carla's loft was beautiful, and the location is ideal. The streets were quiet and fun to wander around and there were many great and affordable restaurants nearby. Carla was very welcoming and gave us a lot of useful information upon our arrival. However, the wifi was incredibly slow which quickly got frustrating amidst planning daily activities. The bed was also problematic. It was very hard and rather uncomfortable, preventing the needed rest after walking the streets of Rome all day.
The apartment was amazing and Carla was the perfect host. The location was perfect for us, close to the bars and restaurants of the lively Trastevere district but also easily walkable into the centre of Rome and the main tourist sights. Carla's local restaurant recommendations were also fantastic, and places we may not have found otherwise. All in all, we had an awesome weekend and Carla and her apartment played a decent role in that. Highly recommended!
We extremely enjoyed our stay in labriciola. The place itself is beautifully decorated and had everything you would need. Carla was so welcoming and made great recommendations of where to visit and eat. The map she gave us was used everywhere we went. The location was perfect. Anywhere we wanted to see was in walking distance and we didn't need taxis or public transport anywhere except for the airport. The house is near lots of places to eat and great bars for the evenings. The wifi is a bit slow but that didn't affect the stay.
It's the perfect place to stay when visiting Rome!
