Nathalie made us feel welcome. She took the time to show us around the apartment and she had a "book" that provided helpful information like the metro and showed directions to the local grocery stores.
The apartment was accurately described and very close to the metro and to the Champs-Elysee.
Nathalie was very accomodating and prompt to answer my messages. Her place is the truly Parisian experience, very comfortable and very very clean. Nice neighborhood, 2 minute walk from the metro station. You can see the top of the Eiffel tower from the corner of her block. Thank you Nathalie, I certainly recomend her place.
Parfait, hote très sympa, appart idealement placé et correspondant exactement à la description de l'annonce. A recommander
Nathalie was the perfect host and made myself and my family feel very welcome. The information provided about the apartment and the surrounding area was excellent. The location of the apartment is great as it is very easy to get to the all the tourist attractions but there is also to do in the apartment's neighbourhood.
My two adult sons and I stayed in Nathalie's lovely flat for a week while I was attending a conference at the Palais de Congres. Nathalie is an excellent host: helpful, informative, responsive and attentive. Before our stay, she attended to all of our needs, and provided us with excellent information. Nathalie replied to all queries promptly. The flat itself is not technically in Paris, but is just over the border (by a matter of metres) in the upmarket suburb of Neuille. If you have a conference at the Palais de Congres, its location could not be better; it is less than five minutes walk to the conference centre. The area is very Parisian, and staying there, you don't feel like a tourist. Within easy vicinity there are excellent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are two Jewish food stores close by, and we were very taken by the bistro on the corner, La Coupola (I think), which was as authentic as you could imagine. There is a Metro station about 100m away, and being on Line 1 means that you have easy access to many of the main sites. The apartment itself is in an old block of apartments, which struck me as very typical. The apartment itself is old, but well maintained. It has two dedicated bedrooms with double beds in each, and a single bed in what is really a second living room, or parlour. There is a shower over a small bath. The bathroom also has a washing machine. There is no dryer; clothes are dried using a strange pulley hanger that descends from the bathroom ceiling. It actually works very well, but it looked strange to my eyes. You need to give yourself time to make sure clothes dry properly. The kitchen is fully appointed, and Nathalie provides all necessities. There is free wifi, and it is reliable and fast. On the negative side, the toilet is oddly placed next to the kitchen and is tiny! Probably the smallest toilet I have ever used. My sons and I are all over six feet, and found it cramped, but certainly not unusable. Second, the wooden floor is very, very noisy. It's impossible to walk around the apartment in silence. Third, the apartment block as a whole is not well sound proofed, and it is possible to hear a lot of activity from the neighbours. I hasten to add that the neighbours were not in any way noisy. Perhaps this is typical of Parisian apartments, but as someone coming from a different living environment, I found it noticeable. In summary, if you want an authentic Parisian experience in a very nice area, particularly if you have an activity at the Palais de Congres, I would happily recommend Nathalie's apartment. Nathalie's excellent qualities as a host are a bonus.
Good location. Plenty of sleeping space and nice sitting room. Nathalie was very responsive and organized. Appreciated the binder with detailed instructions. Floors are creaky, a bit loud but to be expected given the age of the area.
Our experience was wonderful. Nathalie was extremely helpful. She met us at the shuttle stop and walked us to her beautiful flat. The flat was very clean and comfortable for our family. The location was perfect and near shops and restaurants. It was very close to a metro station which made seeing Paris so easy. I would definitely recommend Nathalie's flat to friends and family.
Perfekt läge nära Metron, flera bra restauranger och matbutik. Vi bodde sex vuxna personer i lägenheten och det fanns tyvärr ingen bra plats för sex personer att sitta tillsammans och äta på.
Nathalie was wonderful throughout our entire stay. Her place is cute (we loved the living room), a short walk to the Metro, and we (4 of us) were very happy with our experience there. I had asked for a floor fan prior to our visit and I think something got lost in the translation because she seemed confused about what that item was.
Overall, I would recommend her apt.
A very professional approach to room renting. Everything was thought and taken care of by Nathalie even before we arrived. There is even cleanliness tap for hygiene (Taharet musluğuna benzer bir aparatı olan bir tuvaleti bile var gençler). Only weird thing was that the sink and the toilet were not in the same room. You had to walk to the other side of the flat, to the bathroom after using the toilet.
Nathalie and her family were very good guests. I do not hesitate to recommend their to owners Airbnb.
