Hello. I'm a mother of three teenagers who's passionate about food, cooking, reading and travel. I run a small business called "Vermont Crepe & Waffle" and write a food blog called "Fork on the Road." When I'm not spending time with my husband and kids or testing a new recipe, I'm most likely to be found out and about exploring the world (especially France). Can't live without: my local libary, a cast iron skillet, farmer's markets, my knitting bag and another adventure planned in the future.
