I am a 36-year-old media professional from Munich/Germany, enjoying the outdoors, a good book and - obviously - travelling.
Great place, great location, great host. Highly recommend.
Ulrich ist ein toller Gastgeber! Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Ulrich welcomed us with a 5 star service: chocolates on the pillows and towels ready to be used! He's a very friendly host. The apartment proved to be as the pictures shows: clean, handy and well located.
Great location and very clean. Ulrich let us stay at very late notice which was very helpful.
I stayed at Ulrich's apartment during a speaking role at the famous DLD conference in Munich. It's a short drive away from the center of the city. The apartment is fully furnished, with a living room/kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Note, this is a primary residence so you share the space with the belongings of the host. This place is perfect for the working professional or Europe bound couple. You have full access to the kitchen for cooking. There is a small fridge for storing left overs. The WIFI works great and was fast enough for my needs. I found the bed comfortable and loved waking up to the view out the window of quaint European rooftops. The location is superb for exploring local shops, cafes, and restaurants. Being on the top floor affords some nice views and also means the walk up 4 flights of stairs keeps your legs in shape. Ulrich answered my calls ahead of time and was in close touch during check in. We had a slight delay but he took care of it in the end.

Left the place super clean and tidy, thanks!
Uli was the perfect guest -- kind, respectful, and he was really enjoyable to talk to. It was a pleasure hosting him on his trip around New England, and I'd recommend him to any airbnb host.
I must admit that there is a certain amount of wonder that comes with meeting people when they are at "the crossroads", so to speak - but there's also a kind of serendipity that follows when getting the lay of the land, the maps of one's possible ways forward - the enless options that constitute how we decide to interpret the "divinging rods" that cross our paths. I have one comment to make "Blueberry Hill Road" - nuff said. Five Stars: * * * * *
