Isa and staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and made the most of our trip in Cappadocia. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the daily breakfast was very good. Isa was very helpful in ensuring we booked the right tours, hot air balloon ride and bus tickets. Great location right in the centre of the city. Highly recommend!
Isa was definitely the best host I had so far. He really helped us discovering Cappadocia, getting the best out of it and picking the best experiences for enjoying this beautiful place.
His hospitality was amazing, always available to make you feel comfortable and at home.
I strongly recommend this experience to everyone visiting Cappadocia.
Our 4 day stay at Stone Palace was exceptional!! The hotel is very centrally located on a few minutes from all the best restaurants, rental/tour companies and other amenities. The hotel is beautifully unique, clean, well appointed and the service is excellent. Breakfast (included) was served on a lovely rooftop terrace with a great view of Goreme. Nothing was too much trouble for Isa. He gladly assisted with booking airport transport both ways and our hot air balloon trip (fantastic experience). His brother Ali also took me personally to his friends rental company on his own scooter to rent ours and make sure no hassles. I would highly recommend Stone Palace and would go back in a heartbeat.

Isa was extremely helpful, gave us good advice when we asked for help. He always gave us more than one option for ballooning tour etc and then left us to make up our own minds. The Hotel was very clean, nice atmosphere, plentiful breakfast and a great location. Close to town but quiet. We enjoyed meeting Isa's family too, we felt very comfortable in Stone Palace. Highly recommended.

This was a fabulous place to stay. When I arrived, I was told to go to the information centre to ask them to call for a ride. I was fourth in line and each person in front of me had been advised to do the same for their accommodation. Each person was told that they could not be picked up as the hotel was busy at that time. The Cappadocia Stone Palace was the only accommodation that followed through and came to pick me up at the bus depot.
Once I arrived, they provided me with breakfast which they didn't have to do and then gave me a room to sleep and shower in as my check in time wasn't for many hours and the room wasn't ready yet. Amazing.
They organized everything I wanted to do and were great about getting me a shuttle to the airport. In addition, they provided me with a room that I could use during the day after I checked out as I wasn't to be picked up until 8pm that night.
I was thoroughly impressed with the service they provided and the room was very nice and clean. I even had a Jacuzzi tub!!!
I would strongly recommend staying with these folks. It was well worth the money.
We arrived from Kayseri by private shuttle and were greeted warmly by Isa. We give Stone Palace a terrific recommendation. Location, comfort, Isa's recommendations were all wonderful. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a treat along with afternoon tea (or wine). The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.
The building is decent but the service was poor. There was rarely someone in the lobby. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and there was no air circulation- no fans or a/c - normally not a big deal but the hotel is 20 meters from the main street in Goreme so we had to keep our windows closed because noisy trucks and tractors were continuously driving. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired with stale bread and Sunny D instead of orange juice.
Goreme has a lot of inexpensive hotel options that will offer better service and accommodations for the price.
My stay was a pleasant one. It was a busy period during our 2 night stay so we didn't have a lot of contact with Mr Isa. The room was clean, spacious, comfy and tidy. Whenever we caught Mr Isaround he helps us with our queries. They even allowed us to pack their breakfast when we wanted to have a picnic. This airbnb booking normally gives you a family bedroom with no bathtub. Be sure to ask before booking to confirm this. A big plus is that it is of walking distance to Goreme town center and the Goreme Open Air Museum. Only thing lacking was a balcony with a view
although he was sick, Isa was a wonderful host and even managed to change the schedule of our balloon flight (we wouldn't not fly if it was not for Isa) His staff is also very kind
The room is perfect and the hotel is very charming. I'll definetely recomend the stone palace to my friends.
