We love to travel, eat and meet new people, preferably all at the same time.

Wonderful apartment, easy check-in process. Great location with a great restaurant below the apartment. Eric was a great host and answered all of our questions about the apartment and the surrounding area. We will definitely be back!
Great location above a wonderful restaurant that you might not find if you weren't living above it!
Comfortable and accommodating.
went up to santa rosa for wedding the place was a perfect location close to downtown loved the little spinster sisters restaurant downstairs. If your a light sleeper its next to freeway and restaurant noise but I sleep like a rock . loved it Would use again
We enjoyed our stay, this was our first time booking airbnb. I'm from Santa Rosa and it has the familiar feeling of many apts I lived in back in the 70's. Very clean. Restaurant below is fantastic. Quick response to a request , very helpful. Would recommend for economical stay in Sonoma County
Don't stay here!!!! The apartment is old and the pics really don't represent it's state. When we arrived we were not impressed. Tried calling and texting the owner and got no response. Did get an email from him later that night with the statement "What did you expect" We decided to seek out a hotel room, which we found for $150 at the Quality Inn, in Petaluma. For $30 more per night it was well worth the money. I replied to the owner's message in the morning and asked for him to call me. Again, no reply other than via email. I asked for our money back and got bull about it's the busy season and late cancelations are not an option. I understand there are policies in place but to not do anything. It's not acceptable in my mind. Don't stay here!!!!
Eric was easy to work with and very accommodating. His location is perfect for exploring all that Santa Rosa has to offer. The nearby freeway was never an issue. We found this to be a quiet, safe and thoroughly enjoyable neighborhood. The SofA area is an up & coming arts venue within easy walk of Luther Burbank Gardens, Julliard Park, downtown shopping and eating. The nearby transit mall provides easy access south to San Francisco and all points in Sonoma and Mendocino Counties. We can't recommend it highly enough.
1. Location is perfection for wine country exploring.
A. Directly above a great, great restaurant and wine/beer bar.
B. In Santa Rosa which is ten minutes from the global epicenter of wine--Healdsburg, California (okay, I'm chuckling a bit)--and yet offers access to more urban nightlife and services.
C. 60 feet from the best photo store in the county.Yes they even sell film for your old Polaroid cameras.
2. The room is stylish and comfortable.
A. Very film noir hallway. I'm a sucker for old stairs and hallways that look like they came out of a detective movie.
B. You get a full kitchen! Woot woot I really loved this. Makes a trip ten times better.
C. Walk in closet so you can ... walk into it.
3. Price is obscenely cheap.
A. Try the Best Western in Santa Rosa. Go for it. $150/night and you're lucky to not have your car broken into and a weird disease from the lead paint eating bed bugs.
B. Find a B&B for $250 if you're lucky. Or take this place that HAS A FULL KITCHEN and take the remaining $160 and have an incredible meal or three. Or treat yourself to a crazy nice spa treatment. Oh, and repeat that EVERY NIGHT you stay here and save money.
4. It's tidy, but not sterile.
A. Not everyone will love this, frankly. I prefer to stay in places that feel a bit lived in, that have an 'energy' to them. While I've spent a grand for an evening in a really nice hotel, I still found it beyond antiseptic and it never felt like MY place. Coming back to this room was a relaxing event each and every time because it's NOT perfect, because the toilet paper isn't folded into origami animals... because it feels real.
5. Supporting AirBnB hosts helps support a local economy. Sure you can spend more and have a more lux experience elsewhere, but why take your tourism money and drop kick them out of the area you've traveled? When you're traveling local, stay local.
A funky fun apartment with great access to Downtown's hipster places.
Nice apartment, looked just like the photos. Very clean, wonderful lighting. It is noisy but we closed the windows and turned the fan on which helped.Had a great time!
