Very easy checkin process, ultimately very accommodating. Apartment was great, exactly as described, super clean and well stocked, better than most I've stayed in. Would definitely recommend.
Generally an OK apartment but i was a little disappointed. Firstly the shower didnt work so i had to take baths all week which isn't ideal, all the pans in the kitchen had loose handles (i had to tighten those i could with a knife), there wasn't a tin opener and the lock on the front door was a real pain! Great location but unfortunately lacked a bit of TLC.
I'm in Hoboken quite reguarly but i dont think i'll stay here again
Great location and super clean with a nice view. Wifi seemed a little slow at times but otherwise was a great stay!
The apartment is not clean. A lot of dirty towels. And a lot of roaches. We got there at check-in time 4pm, but the room is still a mess. Andy ask them to clean ASAP, but the apartment is still dirty.
Apartment is clean and comfortable. Hard to figure out where the parking garage entrance is. Beware of nearby construction noise.
Unfortunately, my experience wasn't a good one. Prior to booking and checking in, all was great. Continuous communication, positive, polite. After check-in a completely different story. First, the unit was not as advertised. In fact, the unit in the photo was not the unit we received at all! The furnishings were somewhat similar, but definitely not what was photographed. Further, the couch was shredded to a compete mess. As if someone in the past stayed there with an animal that chewed or scratched their way through it. So much that it was impossible to sit and/or work on because the pieces of faux leather would completely tear off and attach to your clothing. Second, during the final day of our stay, the TV & Internet was disconnected for Nonpayment!! I notified management/Andy on both of these issues and no one was kind enough to even return my call/email. The bed was not comfortable and in my opinion not fit for two adults to sleep in. The upside to this apartment was the location and proximity to the Path to NYC, great pizza spot on the ground floor of the building, and a super friendly concierge/front desk staff. I really hoped that this would've worked out, but I'd never stay with that group again and I advise others to look elsewhere prior to investing in this apartment. At the very least I expected some type of communication back on my issues but no dice at all.

The apartment was perfect for a small family. The location was convenient as it has everything that you would need within walking distance. The building and the apartment is nice as well.
