Sorry for the delayed response. We are including Wifi instructions with very Guest check in's as well as area highlights, maps, schedules for different modes of transport. We are working hard to improve our response time. We do really appreciate your feedback.

We have coordinated with building management to have an exterminator come to resolve the insect issue as well as a contractor to fix any damages to the apartment to prevent this issue in the future.
