I have stayed in Mac call's apartment for 9 days. It was a nice exeirience
The place is very cute. Super location to explore Williamsburg. Although I did not meet McCall she was very responsive to all my questions via email. Thank you, McCall!
McCall was an absolute gem! We never actually met in person, but she was quick to arrange for us to pick up our keys, answer any questions about the area, etc. The apartment was in great condition - clean, organized, excellently decorated, and everything was in working order! The best part was the location - close to all the shops, pubs and cafes on Bedford and Metropolitan av. She did everything to make sure it was a stress-free vacation for me and my two friends. A big thanks to McCall for giving us the best Brooklyn experience!
Staying in Williamsburg at Mccall's apartment was a great time. Mccall was very prompt in responding to any/all questions. The apartment was clean and comfortable (clean sheets and towels were folded and waiting at the apartment). The apartment was also located close to various places to eat and go out, as well as transportation into Manhattan.
Mccall was a great contact and flexible. Her apartment is so lovely. The style is just what you could expect from somebody that lives in Brooklyn, a glimpse of all the trend, vintage and love of life that you can find in this neighborhood. Marcy Ave metro (J, M, Z) is 5 min from apartment even though this metro area is a little bit dodgy and building quite old but come on ! That is Brooklyn, it is very mixed. Inside the apartment you can have a drink on the sofa and see the Williamsburg bridge through the window. Once outside take bedford avenue and you have already good restaurants and clubs one block ahead ! I ll come back !
We didn't meet McCall but she left a note to guide us into his apartment and the neighborhood. It's a really nice place to stay in Brooklyn, close to subway that leads to downtown. The apartment is tastefully decorated.
Staying at McCall's apartment was awesome! The apartment is conveniently located very close to the lively Williamsburg area and the bridge which brings you to Manhattan. The apartment was clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. Thanks again!
Mccall's place was perfect for us. We spent a weekend in August. The location of the flat & cafes nearby were great & the space was cleanly & tastefully decorated. Mccall accommodated our late notice / late arrival / late departure graciously, we had a smooth and pleasant trip & I'd recommend this place to anyone!
I spent 5 days in this lovely apartment of Williamsburg! Very nice, clean and quiet! I loved it!
I enjoyed my stay very much. McCall's apartment is clean, serene, smells good, and is nicely decorated. It's just round the corner from a couple of excellent restaurants, and a 10 minute walk from the main Williamsburg hub. Thanks McCall, I hope to be back some day.
McCall Marshall was a great guest, I would have her again anytime, she left the place clean and was very respectful.
McCall and her friend were fantastic guests. Quiet and clean, too. They even stripped the bed, we would recommend them to any host.
McCall and 3 adorable friends came up for the wknd. They packed in a bunch of fun stuff (winery visits, walks, farmers mkt., and good restaurants). They were v tidy and cleaned up all their own dishes Sat. morning(!) I had an unexpected, last minute biz trip to make which prevented me from greeting them on their arrival but they were understanding and settled in on their own without a problem. I'd be happy to see them all again, anytime.
McCall was very easy to work with and very communicative. Great guest and would love to have her back.
Mccall is a gem of a person and her space is nothing short of just that. From her clock collection, yellow tea kettle, rusty bike, old new yorker issues, window plants and danish style furniture her dwelling is well edited yet cozy. The space is flooded with natural light and in a great location- assuming you value and enjoy walking. As a friend and a repeat visitor I highly recommend.
