We have been more than surprised by this comment. Indeed, the highest
satisfaction of our guests has always been our very first priority, as
illustrated by all precedent positive feedback received.
Regarding the specific points you raised:
-- The studio is totally cleaned after each guest by our cleaning lady.
-- About the lift, we never had any problem about the smell, it can happen
some times as in all lift in any building.
-- About the store problem, this is something really new that happened when
the precedent guests were in. We highly apologized for this and we
immediately found a temporary solution (curtain) to solve this problem, you
really seemed fine with it when we have welcomed you. The problem is now
-- We always indicate to our guests that we are at their full disposal if
they need anything to improve their stay before and during their rent. We
always leave 2 big towels that we showed you when we welcomed you. We could
have brought more towels if you simply had asked us before or during your
stay, how it goes with all our guests.
-- About the Internet, we always provide 2 ways to use internet to our
guests. The first one enables them to connect everywhere in Paris (hotspot)
including in the flat, and another option consists of a 3G+ router enabling
to access an high-speed connection in the flat. We have explained you both
options and we have even prepared some clear written guidelines. It seems
you did not try to use the 2nd option. We have also invited you to contact
us directly in case of trouble with the connexion.
