Originally from Chicago but I've called SF home for the past twelve years. Free lance hair stylist & mama of three
Cerissa is prompt to communicate & the apartment was just as pictured/described! Cozy & comfy.
Very central location, but not the best neighborhood. The apartment was clean and Cerissa was very responsive and nice with us.
great host, promo reply, extremely helpful, highly recommended!! A+++++++
Cerissas apartment is great if you want to stay right in the centre of San Francisco. It's just short distance to the main shopping streets around Union square which we found really convenient. As mentioned in earlier reviews Tenderloin is not a very charming area as there are a lot of homeless people around. Sometimes it felt a big awkward but actually nothing to worry about. It isn't just something beautiful to look at. Next time we would probably prefer to stay in a different neighbourhood, but as said before, Cerissa apartment is perfect if you want to stay central.
Just next door there is a very good cafe where they also make the most delicious homemade caramels. You have to try this.
The apartment is fully equipped and there is all you need to prepare your perfect dinner (or breakfast or lunch). There is a huge amount of movies and TV shows on Cerissas Netflix TV. (We've been watching quite a couple of 'breaking bad' episodes.)
We met Cerissa when we arrived at her apartment. It was really nice of her showing us all the amenities of the apartment. She was very helpful and later she responded immediately to our messages. That was really great.
Great hostess, great place. This is a fringe neighborhood which I am perfectly comfortable in.
The apartment was great, and even though I screwed up the scheduling, Cerissa was super nice about letting me change things when I needed to. Everything worked out great and I was sad to leave.
The Apartament was fine but the environment was not at all.
I was in honeymoon and to be honest i wouldn't recommend this flat for a couple in a love mood.
You have to know that the flat is Located in Full tenderloin of SF which isn't a particular romantic zone, lot of homeless and noise police ambulances...
This flat is good and well furnished but doesn't deserve the money we spent, just because of the zone.
The host MUST specify where the flat is exactly located so people can know what to expect.
The apartment was perfect - everything was exactly as advertised. Just a few min. walk to Union Square. We enjoyed our time in San Francisco!
The listing was very large for a studio and has tons of places to eat within walking distance. Although the Tenderloin is not the greatest of neighborhoods and a little run down, it was a nice place, and I never once felt unsafe or compromised. We never did meet Cerissa due to our conflicting schedules, my fault not hers, but she was quick to respond to all my communications and the check in and out was easy and painless.
The size and location were perfect for my needs. It's hard to imagine better!
Cerissa and family stayed for a month in our lower guest apartment. We enjoyed meeting everyone, and they were fantastic guests - friendly, clear communication, and neat and clean. They are welcome back any time, and we recommend them.
Great guest. Left the room in great shape. No trouble at all. Very friendly and communicative. Definitely recommend.
Cerrisa and her guest Ed was a great experience . The young Emma and Cerin were very respectful and were not loud. They treated us with the up most respect and were quiet. We hope if Cerissa and her guest come back to New Orleans, they would come and visit. They are the type of guest Air bnb would like to have. Thank you. Donna and Bruce.
Me and Cerissa talk a lot about how to be good host, because she also has apartement for rent. She was a great guest and always keep the room clean. She will come back next year and book the same room to stay in Ubud.
