i am a 31 year old tango dancer living in berlin
This was the second time in Berlin. Again it was very nice in Tina's appartment. Although we where last minute with the booking everything was spot on.
Untill next time
I had a great stay in Tinas appartment.
Very nice neighbourhood with great shops, cafés and restaurants.
Easy to pick up the key and everything worked just fine during my stay.
NIce apartment. Super area. sad there is no wifi but the rest was just lovely. perfect if you are visiting the city for the weekend.
L appartement de Tina est très agréable et très bien (website hidden) est un peu bruyant (le tram est juste en bas!)en semaine le matin, on vous conseille donc de prendre des boules quiès. Pour le reste, tout a été parfait.
The apartment is in a great location -- near cafes and lots of shopping in prenzlauer and mitte. Plus there's a huge park just two blocks away that's great for runners. The space itself is lovely though we had to venture out to the cafes across the street (hilde and julis) for wi-fi. Tina is very responsive to emails and easy to communicate with. We had a little mix up over picking up the keys but it was mainly due to my companion and I being super jet lagged. It was a really pleasant Airbnb stay.
Very good and quick communication. Nice appartment, spacious and in the middle of Berlin.
Next time again.
Super cozy and charming appartment, sunny and quiet, very neat and clean. Nice neigborhood, good coffees and bars. Close to everything. Tina was very prompt and helpful. Thanks again.
For the price I paid, I have always found a much smarter or better equipped flat on Berlin. The place has some road noise from the bedroom/livingroom and an old, modest kitchen. It's not that big for Berlin either, but the bedroom is quite large (though it is also the living room), and Tina is really nice and was helpful and responsive. The flat is also very charming and despite what I've said makes an excellent simple place to stay because of the gorgeous parquet floor, the lovely trees from the cemetery at the back, and the adequate curtains, which not everyone has in Berlin. The bed is not great, though, and this is really only worth it for its charm (if not quite romantic in the up-to-date sense). At the right price I'd stay here again and be delighted if it were a bargain (ear plugs are provided, and tea).
We enjoyed our stay in Tina's flat.
Tina's apartment was really nice, very clean and tidy and close to everything I needed. I didn't get to meet Tina but she helpfully left the keys nearby for me to collect and was very helpful in general.
