Once again if washing machine is forbidden to be used by guest then it should be taken out from the property's description. It’s currently inaccurately shown as “ticked”. In addition during check-in we were not told the washing machine cannot be used. You only explained to us when you saw us using. You have probably forgotten that’s why we suggest you to write it down or put up a sign and ask guest not to use. We used it at night as the washing machine was not available in the day time, as explained by you that the washing machine was meant to be used by you for cleaning job.
There is nothing wrong wth insects and bugs and flies in countryside as I mentioned in the review. Me and my wife travelled to many places over the world and we stayed in many countryside b&b in Taiwan, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, China and in particular another countryside b&b outside San Gimignano in Tuscany so I think we understand what is considered to be real normal or not. Spider webs are sign of lacking proper insects control in a guest room I believe. Disclosing further does not help in discussing on this point which I hope my point have been made.
If breakfast was not standard and shouldn't be included in the booking then indeed we're underwhelmed once again. We stayed in a b&b in the Florence close to the river and they are cheaper. We stayed in Rome with walkable distance to Colosseum which *include* breakfast is just a bit more expensive then what we are now paying. We stayed in San Gimignano in a full apartment (in which the kitchen there alone is about the same size as our private room we stayed) with home baked cake, breads, fruits, coffee and wide range of selection of tea as breakfast and we're paying just about the same. It's not about appreciation or not in my review but I was just stating all the facts for future guest's reference, as with the same as all my other reviews.
