We hope you enjoy Tokyo trip.
Shibuya is a wondeful place, especially in that culture.
We prepare this room for tourist's base camp.

Fantastic central location. Photos slightly misleading, looked much bigger on website. Host slightly difficult to contact originally and was not provided initially with wifi. Place could have been cleaned more, lots of hair from previous resident.
My host kept in good contact with me via email, The map and description of how to get to the apartment could be a little more detailed but i managed to find it okay. The neighbourhood is great, lots of little shops, bars and eateries are close by.
Koichi was excellent to deal with throughout our entire stay. We did have a few issues regarding the portable wifi and heater, but Koichi quickly went out of his way to rectify these problems.
Directions to the apartment was clear, the apartment itself was more than clean enough for myself and two friends. It was a bit small but that is to be expected in any apartment in and around Tokyo.
The location of Koichi's apartment was very good being only a few minutes walk away from Shibuya Station and the famous crossing.
Thank you for looking after us, Koichi.
The Shibuya Central House was a great place to stay for a short visit to Tokyo. This penthouse studio is incredibly central, with a great view and offers a good way to experience the city as is it so close to both the metro and train stations, not to mention the pulse of Shibuya. I can only imagine how awesome the balcony is in summer!
Koichi, Shinji and Tatsuno offered us a great guide for how to find the apartment with maps and all – which really made finding the apartment so much easier!
This apartment is a typical Japanese flat, so do not expect it to be very lofty or spacious. It's modern, quite clean and has all you need – however, be sure to remind the hosts to leave additional advice if you will you use the heater/microwave/washing machine.
Great location and easy access to station. Good for a very short stay. Heaps of stores open right outside for you to go out anytime you wanted for a snack.
Apartment is quite clean. The essential things provide there, Except the TV. The apartment is easy to find. But there's little bit hard to walk from JR or subway station when you carry the luggage, the road is unfairness. Anyways, there's one of good choice when you stay Tokyo. Also, the host replied the message is quite efficiency.
I travel to Shibuya a lot for weekend getaways. This studio was very comfortable and is probably in the best location in all of Shibuya! If you are traveling on a budget and want to stay in Shibuya at a nice place, then this is the place you MUST stay at!
Idéalement situé ce petit appartement est très plaisant pour une personne seule ou un couple. La terrasse est un vrai plus. La propreté n'était pas au top... Dommage, c'est le seul défaut notable avec l'absence de wifi (cable uniquement).
Good communication BEFORE we arrived. The appt is good located, close to shibuya station, really convenient. Small but enough for 2. But one big bad point, it was really dirty. For sure nobody cleaned before the last occupant. Many hairs and dust everywhere. The bin was full of rubbish, i couldn't put anything more. The sink was totally dirty. Towels were still wet (i guess from last person). There was 6 full garbage bag on the balcony. Etc... I told about that to the owner when we left with some pictures. He said that it was a mistake from the cleaning lady and he will refund me a little part. I thanked him amd asked another thing and since that no one answer, no refund nothing. I didnt want to talk about that in the comment but i have to.
We loved this place! We are a couple in our 30s and this place was perfect.
Koichi was extremely helpful, providing very clear and detailed instructions on how to find the apartment, and how to access the keys, also providing information on the local area and favourite bars and restaurants. We also had plans to climb Mt Fuji and he was really helpful with advice on how to arrange this. He was also kind enough to ensure a hairdryer was available, as bringing UK electrical items to Japan is pointless (different voltage etc).
We arrived in Tokyo earlier than check-in, carrying heavy bags and not dressed for the weather. Koichi kindly let us drop our bags off at the apartment and change while he was cleaning. We returned at the proper check-in time later that day, very grateful, to be welcomed with some craft beer in the fridge as a gift!
The location of the apartment is perfect! It is literally a few minutes walk from the Shibuya train station, and has everything you need within walking distance. Despite this, the area is quiet in the evening so we were not disturbed by street noise. It is also very easy to access the rest of Tokyo from Shibuya station. The NEX train to/from Narita airport also connects directly to Shibuya station, (it is also very easy to get to from Haneda airport) which is a godsend when lugging bags to and from the airport.
We were also glad to be in Shibuya - as foreign tourists who speak 10 words of Japanese (think, hello, goodbye, please, thankyou, one, two etc) Shibuya was a perfect beginners introduction to Japan, as it is well used to tourists and everything is so easily accessible. I think the same can be said for most of Tokyo, but with the metro closing at midnight, you don't need to worry about going for a drink/dinner as you settle in and missing your last train home. With so much crammed into every corner, it's impossible not to find everything you need, and you can always jump on the tram to experience peaceful parks and more traditional areas.
The apartment itself has everything we needed. The sofa-bed is spacious and comfortable. The fixed LAN wifi is quick, and very useful. The balcony was lovely and we used it daily. The apartment is small, which is to be expected, but large enough for our purposes (we stayed here for a week).
All in all, I would highly recommend choosing this apartment, or any of Koichi's apartments, if you're looking to stay in Tokyo.
