Hailing from the mean streets of suburban Toronto, I moved to Montreal because of my love for shoveling snow and 3 AM last calls.

We had a great time here! Rosie & Daniel made it very easy to find the place and get settled in! The apartment was perfect; clean and in a wonderful location. It was everything we needed. The only drawback was finding overnight parking, but that's usually always the case in prime locations like this one, which happens to have grocery/drug stores and a SAQ liquor store within a 3 minute walk, Mont Royal hiking trails and several metro stations within 10-15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!
This apartment worked great for us. The whole apartment was spotless, and felt newly renovated. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and even some leftover items from the previous guest (cooking oil, sugar, etc), allowing us to save on some meals by cooking. The check-in/out was easy and painless.
The location was great, as we were only two blocks from Rue St-Laurent. As with every city, though, some blocks look 'nicer' than others, and depending on the direction you walked, you could encounter some desolate areas (late at night). We did not feel unsafe in the area, though, but still made sure to keep an eye out.
We felt as we were in a perfectly central location, as we were able to walk to and from most of the spots we wanted to check out: Mt. Royal, Vieux-Port, the Village, Mile End.
The listing description and photos were accurate and the neighborhood was great.
We had a great stay at Rosie and Daniel's apartment. It is a spacious and light 3 bedroom, very modern and clean, with nice comfortable full sized beds and an open living room/dining area/kitchen with all the amenities. While we never met Rosie (she stopped by once when we were out, so we missed her), we communicated via texts and emails and we found her very forthcoming with information and flexible. We were driving up from outside of NYC, so we arrived at the apartment very late at night. Rosie gave us very specific instructions on where to find the key and let ourselves in. We also ended up leaving an hour later than expected, and that was okay as well. This apartment is perfect for families with older children and/or teenagers or for able bodied adults, as the neighborhood is very cool and close to a lot of fun stuff to do. It may be a more challenging apartment for elderly people or young children as it is a second floor apartment with steep spiral stairs. Overall we had a very good experience!
The accommodation was amazing, very clean and well maintained. It was equipped with washing machine and dryer, which had been very helpful for us especially for long holidays like our. We where 5 people and accommodation space fit perfectly, only the kitchen table was quite small for 5 but comfortable and manageable anyway.
The Host has been really helpful and kind.
Overall it has been a great experience.
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
This spot was in an incredible location in Montreal, really fun place to walk around. Our host was very accommodating, helping out with everything we needed. He also told us about the vibe of all the nearby neighborhoods and suggested some cool things to do. Overall a really fun place and a laid-back host.
Beautiful place and extremely well located. Satisfaction was met and I would not hesitate to book again my next time in town.
I fully enjoyed my stay at the apartment, and felt like at home there.
The apartment is well located (between St Laurent and St Denis, close to Duluth - one of the best neighborhood of Montreal), very clean, very well equipped and nicely decorated. Quiet. Contact with Rosie was easy, clear and nice. Wifi is available in half of the apartment, useful.
(For families or groups of friends: Bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people, but space may be short in the kitchen for 6 persons).
Thanks a lot to Rosie and Daniel, and I fully recommend the place.
Great place, great host and perfect location! Apartment was clean and as expected. Host was very patient when we arrive late. The location was perfect for the street festival on St.Laurent which is street the apartment is on. Overall very pleased with our stay, recommend to anyone.
Rosie and Daniel were excellent guests. They were very friendly, easy to communicate with, and left the place in great shape. I would highly recommend them to other hosts.
Daniel has been a guy so nice and friendly. of the people that we would like to have more days.ANA
Daniel was a super easy person to let to and left the place very neat and tidy. I hIghly recommend him as a guest.
Daniel and his girlfriend were fantastic! Very personable and friendly - I will certainly stay with them next I am in Montreal!
