I'm Licia 30 years old, I have decided to start a new venture by opening two rooms as b&b and a vacation home in Rome (near St Peter's Church) I'm happy to host anyone who wants to come and visit me!

We were happy in principle: Apartment was clean, calm and nice. There are only 2 points I would like to mention: 1 - the apartment and rooms look much bigger on photos than on reality, so it was kind of surprise. 2 - Location was another surprise. My understanding was that it is "next door" to Vatican, however you walk about 35-40 minutes to get there.
Posizione, camera e pulizia molto buone. La colazione assolutamente insufficiente: merendine confezionate e nemmeno un posto per mangiare. Da un bed & BREAKFAST ci si aspetta di più!
Great place to stay and very close to Vatican museums as well as Saint Peter`s Square!
Fabio has a wonderful apartment that supplies everything you need. Private bathroom , small refrigerator, etc to make tour stay extremely comfortable. I highly recommend it!
At our arrival we got the keys and a short introduction. The room was very clean and quiet. Every day the room was cleaned and at our return there were some biscuits left. At New Years Eve we got a soup of the owner which was very delicious. We told the Service Lady that we want to have a long sleep at the next day and she brought us the coffee machine into the room to make coffee on our own. I always felt comfortable and good hosted. I missed a table for the breakfast, we always had to eat on the bed.
The bus stop with bus connection directly to the Termini was in a walking distance of about 10 min.
All in all I recommend the Hotel due to the very good service and the quiet room.
This place was a real pleasure to stay in. Very central (just 10 mins walk from St Peter's Square), very quiet and very secure, well apportioned, and the air conditioning and wi-fi were very much appreciated! Licia was also very helpful and kind to us.
I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Rome and would recommend it.
The apartment was very nice and clean, however be cautious as they tried to charge us for a table that was broken prior to our stay. Learn from our mistakes and Ensure you take photos of anything semi-broken or broken to make sure this doesn't happen to you and your journey will be very enjoyable. Also the apartment is actually number 190 not 200 which it is listed as and make sure you go to the apartment with maps and info as the host doesnt relly understand english and nothing is provided here. All in all the apartment was nice aside from the table dilemma.
Nice clean room, close to the Vatican and convenient bus connections to the city centre.
