Timothy's apartment was perfect for me and my brother, and he was a very accommodating host. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend it!
Stayed there for over a month. Location was great. Water was kind of low in the shower but overall, it was a good stay.
The flat is close to everything you want to do on a short-term stay to Hong Kong - LKF, Central, Victoria Peaks and a short taxi ride away from all the major MTR stops on HK Island where you can visit Mong Kok, Ngong Ping, etc.
In relation to the interior, one of the bathrooms didn't have hot water but luckily this didn't pose as a major problem as we only had three travellers. The flat also has a great balcony where you can chill out after a day of travelling.
Overall, we had a great time in HK.
Sadly, what could have been a pleasant experience in a modern and well-located apartment was not. The absentee owner needs to understand that in a service business, it is the details that matter. Too many issues to list here were not properly managed. One small example, to an incoming guest arriving late at night, may serve to indicate the problems: no toilet paper! I have communicated the list separately to the owner.
Location was good, room was decent sized for Hong Kong. Lacks fridge and the shower height was very low. Overall a reasonable stay.
Great location! Clean, bright with cool view. But one little minus not have a fridge.
Tim was a super friendly!
If you're an artist like me then you will be pleased with galleries that are very close.I'd be happy to stay here next time.
We spent 12 nights at one of Tim's flats and we enjoyed our stay all the way. It was our first time using airB&B we do not regret it one bit.
First of all the flat is perfectly situated in HK and very close to everything (Shops, restaurants, transportation, Macau Ferry and so on). As for the flat itself everything is made for you to have all the comfort of a Hotel (bed sheets and towels) and in the same time feel a bit at home. The rooftop is also a great advantage for a drink, a smoke or a nice view of "The Center" tower.
Basically it was a great experience with a HK touch. Finally we would like to add that Tim is available and responds quickly to any queries.
We definitely recommend Tim as a host and will most probably go back to HK and stay at one of his flats again.

Fantastic location, cosy en-suite room offered me a wonderful, relaxing time for my Hong Kong trip. Highly recommended.
The studio was exactly what described. Excellent location! Convienently just 7 minutes away from everything: dinner at SoHo or shopping near Central & party in Lan Kwai Fong.
Tim's studio is clean, bright, and has a good view of the peak. The location was great as its just off Hollywood Rd and everything you want is nearby. It hasn't got the newest interior but by HK standards its great value for money and I would recommend it.
Very friendly considerate guest who we hope to see back again on his next trip to Jakarta
Well-kept, comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. I have had the pleasure of staying at Tim's apartment a number of times, and on each occasion I've enjoyed my stay. The apartment is comfortable, and suited for multiple guests (with two bathrooms). The long terrace running the full span of the apartment offers guests a chance to enjoy Hong Kong's warm weather and memorable views of the Peak.
For first time visitors to Hong Kong, the apartment's location sits perfectly between the city's bustling downtown Central district and Sheung Wan, an up-and-coming neighborhood with unique cafes, restaurants, quaint shops, and art galleries.
All in all - definitely worth a stay.
Apartment is very spacious for the city. Fantastic roof terrace is a rare plus. Clean, 2 ensuite bedrooms and maid service makes this a steal. Expect to pay over 500usd for any hotel with a similar location with 2 bedrooms. Heritage, trendy neighborhood in hong kong's up and coming sheung wan district. Public transport and taxis readily available at the front door. Perfect.
I stayed in Tim's place when he was away with my girlfriend and another couple. We both had our own separate bedrooms and bathrooms which was quite convenient (and also saved a boat load of cash compared to a hotel). Although we were sightseeing most of the day, the place was a comfortable place to come home to at the end of the day.
I've stayed at Tim's place a few times when I have meetings in Hong Kong. It is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards with two real bedrooms and two real bathrooms, which is quite rare. The doorman downstairs makes it easy to pick up the key and his maid always leaves the place spotless. And best of all, the big balcony is super nice place to have a drink outside!
