Nice and Pro.
J'adore le surf même si je ne le pratique pas car pas assez de vague à Paris...

Armand's apartment in Montmarte is charming and has everything you could need for your stay in Paris. Walking distance from the Gare du Nord and Montmarte, it is especially useful if you are travelling to/from London. The immediate area isn't the most pristine, but then the price reflects that. We had a blockage in the toilet which was the only inconvenience, but we were told this was the first time it had happened.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and located centrally in Montmartre. Our host was easy to get a hold of, and very responsive.
The apartment is eady to find and near to metro. The apartment is nice and clean. Didnt have a chance to meet Armand, but still quite responsive. Great price and nice stay.
Armand's apartment was very home-y. The moment we stepped into the apartment we felt safe and comfortable. It's very accesible to get to from the metro. Though I personally feel like the neighbourhood wasn't safe, just make sure that you don't come home too late! Supermarket and halal fast food are easy to get as well. Overall, my friends and I had a pleasant stay during our time in (website hidden): Just keep a look out for the neighbour opposite. He watches adult movies every night. ;)
Stayed 3 days here and I have everything positive to say! Location great, WiFi GREAT ! Absolutely clean in a modern building, off the street looking into a quiet courtyard was a huge plus for me. Place was really easy to get to - tiny walk from the metro station, shops all around, Montmartre just up the road a short walk, etc. Highly recommended - excellent place.
My family and I stayed at Armands flat and enjoyed it immensely. The flat was located close to to the Metro as well as local shops and restaurants and bars. Lots of room for four people and bed and pull out couch were quite comfortable.
The flat faces the courtyard and on our visit it was very warm (34C+) so we had the windows open. This did have a little downside of hearing the people across the courtyard who also had their windows open. All in all not a huge issue but I think the locals like to stay up later that our family.
In the end it was as advertised and we would not hesitate to use the flat again on our next visit.
Armand was very responsive and nice. He found out unfortunately there was construction going on during our stay and contacted us to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely check with him to make sure that it is not going on before booking.
The apartment was very close to the train station and many great places to eat and drink. It was outside of the "touristy" areas so we really got a feel of a Parisian neighborhood. It was a 20 euro cab ride to the cities major landmarks.
Central location very close to Gare Du Nord. Place has all you need however not does not have hospitable atmosphere. Building feels like a housing commission.
