I'm sorry you're not completely satisfied with you stay but I'm even more sorry you haven't told me. I wrote you the morning after your arrival to make sure everything was fine since I couldn't clean the apartment myself the night before. You said everything was ok. I brought you an ironing board - I could have brought you hair dryer also ! Same for the Internet : you should have told me and I would have fixed it wile I was there. I'm sorry about the noise in the hallway and the hot water - this isn't much I can do but I really try to do my best to give great service and keep fares as low as I can.
