An was really nice to us and provided us with tons of tourist info on the city. Everything was clean and in good condition. Also, the flat is located very nicely, a true walking distance from the very centre of the town. A positive experience.
We enjoyed our short stay at An's place very much!
An welcomed us with a warm coffee (very appreciated at it was cold and rainy outside) and good information / maps on Bruges!
It is quite convenient to walk to the city centre from the apartment; and there is even free parking in front of the apartment. A supermarket is very close too. The room itself was clean and offered everything we needed, as did the kitchen and the shared bathroom.
We had a really lovely time in Bruges, the house is in a good location and it didn't take long to walk into the centre. An provided a very useful map and told us about the market on Saturday morning, which we probably wouldn't have known about otherwise! We also enjoyed watching 'In Bruges' the first night we got there and the nice selection of chocolates and teas provided.
Great stay! An prepared a list with things we should see and the best places to eat. We also got a map. Thank you!
An was an amazing host. We felt welcomed and at home. She even provided us with a detailed map with all the attractions and good restaurants of Brugge. The room was cosy and comfortable and the bathroom/toilet were clean as well. It was overall an excellent experience.
We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at An's house. She was very welcoming and had lots of really helpful tips about where to go and what to do in the city. Also, the directions she gave us were great and we arrived by car really easily! The house is lovely - modern but full of interesting artefacts which gives it a more homely feel. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable with lots of storage space (and a few complimentary Belgian chocolates and coffee were lovely touches!) The bathroom was spacious and very clean - it was nice to have a separate toilet as there were other guests staying and this meant there weren't queues in the morning! It's just a short walk into the city, and the canal surrounding Bruges is just a few hundred meters away - lots of opportunities for scenic walks! We would definitely come back and stay again! Thank you An!
An knows Bruges very well and provided us with good advice as to sites to visit, nice places to eat, etc.
The room is not very large (for 2) but quite cosy. The bathroom is shared with the couple sleeping in the other room.
En is really ebullient host, give us many good idea to make the best of our staying Bruges. The house is quite, clean, cosy and convenient to central city by both bus and walk.
We loved the atmosphere in the house and the room; beautifully and artistically decorated, lots of sunlight, very welcoming and pleasant.
We were dead-beat the first evening and it was a joy to be able to sit in bed and watch TV; An had thoughtfully provided a DVD player and the movie "In Bruges" which we hadn't seen yet and which was a perfect start for our weekend there!
Be prepared for a lot of walking! The house is 10/15 minutes from the main sights as advertised, and any weekend city trip means a lot of walking - but I had forgotten so I thought I'd warn you anyway! Painful for feet and bum, I feel like I've spent the weekend doing Olympic sports :-D
Thanks An for providing a map and lots of information! We had a lovely time :-)
Correcta de la descripción de un lugar muy lindo! An, fue muy amable.
