I did not know that she was very unhappy with the stay. I would have been more than happy to make her happy by working something out. She said it was good that I told her that there will be other guests. I wished she had told me she was not comfortable. She started my review with negative and sounded like I was not being professional. I was not able to do anything for her to make the situation comfortable for her. When anything happens, I do make things fair to my guests; therefore, all my guests who's ever stayed at my place are happy. They appreciate my attitude of caring my guests. I had to be away for a trip and I rented out my bedroom also. The 96% of my guests who stay at my place are here for business/conferences and highly educated, respectable and professional. She was the first person who felt uncomfortable at my place. I understand that I was not able to host her, but I really wished she had given me a chance to be a host that she could feel I cared.
