Actually, that's incorrect Renato.
I sent you a message saying, "Before I leave a review of my stay at your apartment, I wanted to tell you about some problems we had that made it a less than average experience." Then after listing the multiple problems we experienced in detail, I said "Due to all of these things, we did not have a positive experience at your apartment. We'd appreciate it if you offered us a partial refund as an offer of good will."
Never did I say or allude to the idea that you had to refund us or we would write a bad review. We didn't even ask for a full refund - we were going to let you decide what you thought was fair based on all the problems we had as we understand that you still had expenses associated with our stay.
Don't try to make me out as the bad guy here. Your response if inaccurate and you are simply trying to bad mouth me because I had a bad experience and wrote about it.
