Growing up in Germany had its perks. Due to its proximity to a vast array of countries and cultures we would hop in our sky blue VW Bus and embark on adventures every chance we got.
We scaled the Alpine mountain peaks, rode camels from oasis to oasis, savored exotic spices, dipped our toes into the Baltic Sea and let our imaginations run wild in ancient castles.
At 18, I began to prepare for what would become a 4 month journey, solo, through the Ecuadorian Amazon and adjacent regions.
I am a born novelty seeker, and when I'm not embarking on my own adventure, I am helping build memorable experiences for those around me. My refusal to settle for the ordinary and mundane, leaves me constantly conceptualizing means by which to elevate any experience or project to its next level. My most recent endeavors include the development of a sustainable tourism destination in the Big Sur area and the planning of a transformational 4 Day Wedding in Santa Barbara.
I spend my free time meeting friends, exploring the city and its outskirts, attending music festivals, making art, camping, rock climbing, trail running, spinning fire, building stages with Bamboo DNA, reading, dancing, yoga-ing, learning or generally causing mischief.
As much as I love to host, I have also enjoyed the kindness of many others through this website. Thank you Airbnb for providing me an amazing travel experience in Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Carmel, Hollywood, and all my future homes away from home. =]
