We came to stay for valentines day! We had the most amazing time! Angie gave great instructions on how to get to places, where to eat, how to get around on the metro. The location is absolutely amazing, the apartment is how it looks in the photos. Does the job, only negative feed back was it was quite cold and unfortunately for us we had building work next door so was very noisy the whole stay, but that's not down to Angie! I would definitely recommend Angie and would absolutely come to stay here again in the future!
The apparent located in very good and central place ( the metro is near, also nice restaurants) . Is very accurate decorated and in very good condition. The description was good, it was easy to find it.
Several things that could make it perfect if they were exist :
1. We were 2 persons (not a couple) and only one set of bedding were in apartment. Angie asked us if we needed an extra..
2. There were not enough toilet paper for 4 days (were 2 half full roles).
3. There were no shampoo or soap for shower, only small one for hands ( from my previous experience there always been).
4.There were a coffee machine in the apartment, but no coffee or tea were available.
Angie left us a list of restaurants and supermarkets near the apartment that was very helpful.
We had a great time in Paris. The apartment was clean and warm on arrival. Plenty of hot water and easy Internet access. Easy acces to the metro. Great location and plenty to do in the area. Walking distance to eiffel tower. The open air market was a great find. We were a family of four and had no problems with the place. We would have no hesitation in recommending this place
L appartement d Angie était conforme à l annonce. L emplacement est idéal.
Je recommande cette location .
Angie was a great host. The flat was neat and tidy in a quiet neighborhood. Near lots of nice restaturnts. Its about a 15 minute walk from Champ de elyese. Its perfect for 3 people. Its says that its on the first floor but you have to go up a flight of stairs. Took us a while to figure that out. Everything else was great. I would stay here again.
Angie was a great host, she gave us very clear instructions before our arrival and we found the home so clean with everything you could need as it advertised. We could not have picked a better location! 15 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysées. There are several restaurants within 20 meters (!) and the bakery across the street is very convenient for your fresh morning croissant, ıt make you feel like a local.
Thanks to Angie for everything.
This was our first experience using Airbnb, so we were somewhat wary. This turned out to be totally unwarranted. We had a wonderful experience in Angie's apartment. Yes, it is smallish, but we managed well (2 persons). We even cooked in the kitchen.
The contact and information exchange with Angie was very good and convenient. We had no problem locating and entering the apartment. The information provided about the neighborhood was very helpful.
We enjoyed the neighborhood a great deal, especially the market on Rue Poncelet. Thus, also the use of the kitchen mentioned above! We travelled by Metro during the day and found the next metro station close enough.
We were in the apartment during New Years and even then the apartment was quiet. We always slept well in there.
Would definitely recommend the apartment.
We stayed here on our honeymoon and LOVED it. The apartment is quite small, and the heating/window situation requires a bit of a learning curve, but it's clean, it's very nice and the location is fantastic. There's a lovely boulangerie right across the street and a smattering of little restaurants nearby. Head down Wagram towards the Ternes station and you'll pass a fantastic little oyster bar on your right.
The Arc du Triomphe is easily walkable, as you just continue one block past the Ternes station. Metro stops are similarly good, and we found the blue line running through Ternes to have good quality trains (unlike the horror show that is the RER near the Eiffel Tower ;) ).
This was a lovely apartment in a fantastic location at a very reasonable price. Our complaints are very few. The water heater is a little small, and the temperature inside tends towards the extremes (too hot or too cold) but everything else made up for it. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
Great apartment! Host gave very clear instructions and it was clean with everything you could need, very good value for money. Location was central and convenient for getting around the city, but also has cute cafés and shops in the area. The only negative thing I have to say is the very loud and persistent drilling that started at 9am every morning, but of course this is not the fault of the host.
Great guest, highly recommend her.
J'étais très contente de faire connaissance avec Angie et sa gentille famille. Ces sont bonnes personnes très gentils, ouverts et pleins de tact. Nous serons très content de nous rencontrer de nouveau.
I was very happy to host Angie with her mother and her lovely little daughter. Angie is a very kind, communicative and pleasant person to have around. She stayed 14 days in one of my gites at Ferme les Costes in the Ardeche and she left the place in good order. She will always be welcome to come back again. Marjorie
Great person to host :) easy peasy :)
Perfect guests! Lovely family. Very respectful of the apt and easy to get in touch with.
Angie and her family were wonderful guests. They left the place in good shape and were very easy to communicate with. They would make excellent guests for anyone.
It was a pleasure hosting Angie and her family. Communication was excellent and they left our place in great shape. We would host them again in a heartbeat.
Angie was a wonderful guest and left the apartment tidy and clean.
Angie, husband and newborn baby were wonderful guests. They were very personable, easy to get along with, and respectful of the house and all of my personal belongings. Angie was excellent with up-front communications and while they were here she kept me informed of changes or needs. Upon departure, the house was left in very good order, clean and easy to prepare for the next guests. I would welcome them back anytime.
I highly recommend Angie as a long term friend and a great host. You can be guaranteed that Angie will have the apartment in fantastic condition. It is also a great location and in Paris!
I've known Angie for quite a number of years by now and we've been friends ever since. Ito be honest, I can hardly think of any other person who would be so well-organized, efficient and easy to deal with. Angie loves meeting new people and is extremely sociable.
She is very good at organizing things whatever they are: events, travels or just some simple get-together, Angie is always full of energy, ideas and will to realize them in the most effective way.
She has a practical set of mind and a good deal of good taste, so I was not at all surprised to see her apartment well designed, tastfully decorated and being liked by guests. Her apartment was aimed for tourists, so no wonder all the details are thought of and it's very comfortable to stay there.
I would recommend Angie as a very responsible, organized and punctual host and a good friend.
Excellent flat, excellent location and charming owner! I was one of the first guests staying in this recently renovated flat. Having arrived from the airport late in the evening, I easily found a place for supper next door, a small supermarket to buy food for breakfast and friendly neighbours. Next morning, when I walked to Champs Elysees which took me 15 minutes only and climbed Arc de Triumph, I realized I couldn't find a better place to stay. A quiet nice street with only one problem - the name is difficult to pronounce in French - many 'R's.
