Ciao sono Cristina e da dieci anni mi occupo dell'affitto delle case di alcuni amici. Parlo inglese e sono a vostra completa disposizione permettendo agli ospiti di portare con sè anche i propri amici animali.
Very nice apartment. Everything fine and self-explanatory. Also very quiet.
Although certainly not strickly necessary, couple of things that would make it close to perfect: there is no batch, there is no balcony, and with the sun protection it is a bit dark. However, one is mostly outside anyway... and there are plenty of terraces around.
An elegant, comfortable, spacious and well appointed home in a great position very close to the Duomo. Cristina was a very nice host and provided good information about the home and it's surrounds.
Huge, beautiful and very modern apartment in the heart of Florence, easy walking distance from Santa Novella station. Cristina was lovely and personally met us, as well as allowing us to check in early at 2pm and out late at 1.30pm. Very well appointed and quiet, beautiful hotel quality bed linen and towels. The shower had a tendency to flash from very hot to very cold without much warning but it was not a huge issue for us. Overall a lovely stay.
Our stay at Cristina's apartment was wonderful! It was clean and just as it is in the pictures! The beds were comfortable and we had most of the necessities available at our disposal. We did need to pick up paper towels and tissues, but there is a grocery stores half a block down the street. The apartment has an ironing board and hair dryer, as well as towels, sheets, dish soap, laundry detergent, washing machine and dishwasher.
When it's listed as "near the Accademia" it should really stay right next door! So convenient.
Cristina was responsive and met us exactly at 3pm to let us in the apartment. One thing to note is the address. The 45 Via Rascoli should be 45 (blue) Via Rascoli as there are blue and red numbers and we initially went to red instead of blue which was a leather store.....wrong place oooos. I called Cristina and she immediately directed me 2-3 blocks further down the street to the blue numbers.
This was our first Airbnb experience and it was perfect. I would highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cristina's flat. The location was fantastic - literally about 90 seconds walk from one of the finest views in Florence, Ponte Vecchio. Great bars and restaurants in the area surrounding the flat too. The flat was comfortable and spacious. We slept well each night. The shower was excellent with plenty hot water and good pressure. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends too. Overall very highly recommended.
Great location. Wonderful apartment.
Welcoming host and an amazing apartment in a fantastic location.
Our host was very friendly and waited for us to arrive after we had a long travel delay. She even reserved us a table at the best steak restaurant in town (which is just around the corner :) )
The apartment and the location are great and it was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. The apartment was very fashionable and luxurious!
We would definitely stay there again!
I'm so appreciate that Cristina prepared all the things we need. The apartment is exactly what the photos look like, love the kitchen which has all the cooking tools. And we like the furniture style so much. Cristina is so nice to us and we have a wonderful trip in florence.
This was our best accommodation from among the four places we visited during this trip (Rome, Assisi, Arezzo) . The apartment is bright, beautiful and elegantly-appointed. The bedrooms (with a tv in both rooms), living room and even the hallway were pristine and smelled so fresh when we arrived. Cristina was such a gracious and helpful host who even helped us find the taxi who sped away with my son's backpack (my son's fault for leaving it behind). Shopping wise, it's also quite good - with many leather shops and souvenir shops within the area. There's also a mini-grocery nearby for supplies and lots of small restaurants within walking distance. Even the majestic Duomo is just a 5-minute walk away. Wish we could have stayed much longer in Florence...
