When we arrived, Erika was super welcoming. The location of the apartment was great and the apartment itself is clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. I would recommend Erika and her place without hesitation!! Thank you, Erika :)
I had a great experience at Erika's apartment. She was quick to respond and the apartment itself was very clean, big, and it is in a great location if you're looking to explore the city. I would definitely stay there again.
A couple of friends and I stayed in Erika's apartment for the weekend, and would definitely recommend it to anybody. Erika was quick to respond to any questions we had, and the apartment itself was very spacious, and we felt right at home. The location was convenient with easy access to the subway, and many times we were able to walk to many of the stores, etc that we wanted to visit.
Erika was a perfect host. She was flexible, pleasant and responded to each inquiry very quickly. We wanted space, quiet and comfort for our family's last day together in a while, and this is exactly what we got. We also loved exploring East Midtown and the easy access to the rest of Manhattan with the 6 Train two blocks away. Erika's studio's gets first place on our "homes away from home" list.
My mom, two of my friends and I had a wonderful experience staying at Erika's studio for three nights. The apartment is lovely, tidy, and certainly spacious; the location is excellent (the subway was a block away and we could go to the Central Park or to Times Square on foot); and the host was awesome (although we didn't get the chance to meet in person, she was always very responsive by email and made sure we had a comfortable stay). The building itself was really nice, and the picturesque elevator was a plus. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who's looking for a cozy, affordable, and well-located place to stay in Manhattan. Thanks for everything, Erika!
I can't begin to tell you what a great host Erika is and how much she tries to accommodate her guests!! My girlfriend and I took our first girls' weekend and stayed at Erika's place. First off, she tries to meet any needs you may have and is perfectly lovely! Her place is super clean and very comfortable. There's a kitchen, but who wants to cook with all the yummy food nearby?!? There's a Potbelly down the street, as well as Paris Baguette which is freakin' fabulous. You're close to the subway, but walking isn't bad either. The neighborhood is well located and the apartment building has a locked front door. The elevator (if you're exhausted from walking 12 miles and can't make it up 3 flights) is quirky and nostalgic, we loved it! It's also great for luggage when you may have purchased too much. Staying at Erika's gave us the feeling of really being immersed in NYC life, instead of a generic hotel. Plus, the price can't be beat! When (I refuse to say "If") we can afford another trip, Erika will be our go-to place to stay and we hope she's available!
I absolutely loved staying at Erika's apartment! She was the perfect host, super accommodating & helpful. Her flexible check in times were a great help to my fluctuating traveling plans. She even mailed me a towel I left at her apartment. Everything was clean upon my arrival, I honestly felt like it was a home away from home. Great studio and a great location. Would definitely stay there again, I'm highly recommending!
