Hola! My name its Maria, I love travel, nature, art, dance cook, and. discover new places and pepole, in Barcelona or all the world!
And If you need, I will be pleased to help you on your own discover!
See you soon in Barcelona!
Very-very nice host! Very helpful. Clean accomodation! Its BEST apartments in Barcelona!
Great host! Very acessible to talk to, and helpfull. The apartment is great! You really feel like home, when you get back after a big day in the city!
In my opinion, the best neigborhood to stay, in Barcelona. Quiet but with supermarket, metro stations, bus stations, restaurants, bars, and nice panaderias for breakfast, everything in a block or two away. The house as a simple but very tastefull decoration, comfy, clean and with great cd's available to listen! The kitchen is full equipped and Maria leaves the guests a few things to eat, so we don't have to rush to the supermarket. She also leaves a small book with some indications of the city, which is very helpfull. The room is pretty bright in the morning, for those morning light sensitives...
I'll recommend this place to my friends!
Maria's apartment has quite possibly one of the best locations you could hope for while staying in Barcelona. We had a little bit of a complication with our flight being consistently delayed and commuinating, but Maria was helpful and ultimately worked with us. The apartment is airy and has great water pressure and hot water. The neighborhood is fantastic and in walking distance to some of the best restaurants. We left a list for future guests :) of some of the best places to eat.. Great shop that sells various types of Jamon right around the corner, great wine shops and a convenient little grocery store right in front of the flat. All iln all we highly recommend her apartment!
Maria's apartment is a fine place to be to take in the sights of Barcelona. It's close to several Gaudi sights and walking distance to the Gothic quarter. There's plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very well organized for travelers and has everything you could need. And - very helpfully - there is an elevator. The bed's a touch hard but it's hardly a deal breaker. Transportation from here is super easy although the metro is several blocks away.
Maria's apartment is in a great location - in the Eixample, within walking distance from Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas, and close to the metro stop Universitat. The apartment gets lots of light and is a great size for two people. The kitchen is simple but has all the basics.
Maria left a book with tips about the neighborhood, maps, flyers for things to do etc.
Everything went very smoothly - Maria was out of town but her friend let us into the apartment and was there for checkout.
We definitely recommend this place and would come back.
Maria's place was lovely - perfectly located, cosy and sweet.
I didn't have a chance to meet Maria, but she was always communicative and kind, and her sweet friend, Nora, came to help me with my check-in and check-out.
When there was a little problem, Maria immediately replied and helped solving it quickly.
The apartment was full of light - which is a great advantage normally.
But it also introduce a disadvantage... The bedroom has a very light curtain, and assuming you might want to enjoy Barcelona's pretty late night-life - you may well need some eyes-cover, because even with the curtains down, the room gets quite bright... :-)
Response from Maria:
Thanks Tomer, I will found a solution for the bright mornings!
Nice, clean, quiet & central appartement :)
Metro & supermarket close by as well as nice restaurants and a Chupito bar !
It's really nice to have a quiet place to rest after the busy day wandering in Barcelona
Maria was really nice, very reachable, we did not meet her cause she was on holidays but we had a great stay and she was always answering directly to our messages - I felt really welcomed !
Thanks for everything !!!
Location and neighbourhood of the apartment are great. We felt like being in the centre of the city, which is literary 10 min walking. Gaudi Casa Batlo is just down the street.
Nothing fancy but VERY, VERY tastefully decorated, it is ideal for 2 persons. Inside is clean, light, there is a lot of free space and most important - in the kitchen you have all you need.
And we loved the grocery shop that is just across the entrance to the building. (Mostly for fruits and ice)
We had great communication with Maria, and we will definitely consider coming here again.
Maria's apartment was a cozy and charming place from which to explore Barcelona. It was in a perfect neighborhood full of shops, cafes, and bars and easy access elsewhere in the city. It was comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend.
We stayed for over a month at Maria's apartment and loved it. Although we didn't meet her, she was always helpful and responsive by email. The apartment is larger than we expected, and was clean and full of light. The location is great - lovely shops, cafes and markets nearby, and a short walk into the very centre of town. We would be very happy to go back!
Maria was a very friendly guest. Thanks a lot for staying with us and sorry for the hassle with the construction works and the moving. I hope you enjoyed your time in Berlin anyhow :)
